Mcdonald's Norwest II

The best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to McDonald’s all over Australia and this hands down was the best. The service was on point, fast and with a smile. The food tasted very fresh, chips salted perfectly and burgers were well put together. The drinks were full and not 2cm below the top like every other McDonald’s. It was very clean with staff constantly cleaning the tables after people ate from them and sweeping up. The play area was clean and fun for the kids to play in. Toilets were very clean to. Plenty of parking around. Well done to this McDonald’s.

This McDonalds is nice new and modern with plenty of seating, kids playground, bathrooms and phone charging USB ports available. It can get quite busy at peaks times but has plenty of parking available and a drive-thru.

Customer service was good, all food was served at a good temperature and tasted delicious. Better than any McDonald's I have gone to, however most of the fries were small in size but were salted well. The architecture of this particular McDonald's is also very unique and looks modern.

This place is pretty clean and convenient, especially for parents along with kids in general but very busy.

If drive-thru is needed, be ready for taking some time. But one thing I noticed is that ordering something at shop usually takes much longer than drive-thru.

So, drive-thru is recommended unless stopping by inside of shop is necessary.

Recommended for parents with kids! 🤓

Only small dining room but considering its location it's perfect for that pull in with kids for snax and play or for an easy lunch ect grab on way to appointment or other places. In business park zone. Very clean and carpark is good

Best sausage and egg McMuffin I have had, was fresh,hot and cooked perfectly. Don't often have these,or Maccas, but this was acdelight

Great place for a quick snack and toilet break when hitting the road.

I recently visited the newly renovated MacDonald restaurant and I was impressed with the modern design and atmosphere. The restaurant has plenty of self-serve kiosks, making ordering food a breeze. The cafe is spacious and inviting, and the added bonus of a playground makes it a great option for families with kids. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend this MacDonald restaurant for its modern atmosphere, convenient self-serve kiosks, and enjoyable dining experience.

What I like: new layout with indoor playground for the kids. Quick service and relativity clean throughout.

What I dislike (not McDonalds fault): it's abit hard to get into during peak hours as the infrastructure here in Bellavista is not quite there yet for the booming population in this business park.

Conclusion: great McDonalds, been missing a McDonalds here ever since it closed down a few years ago for the new metro and loving the new design.

I've only been twice but the food was delivered fast and it was fresh. Coffee was good. It has a unique corporate vibe with a well lit bench /stool arrangement in the middle of the restaurant suited to laptop work.

Whenever I come up to Bella Vista for work, I always grab a coffee on the way.
They make the best Caramel Latte 👍

Much better service. Drive thru is still packed but every one is working as a team. Much better.

Definitely one of the better maccas I've been to in Sydney (and I've been to a lot). Very clean, with one of the trainees Diana literally wiping down/sanitising the whole seating area non-stop for the hour that I was there for. Food was very fresh and didn't take too long, though I did come at a relatively quiet time.

Also very surprised with the quality/speed of the internet.

They have the best vanilla soft serves I have ever had, all the other ones are bad so, well done 5 star for everything.
The staff were great.

Very hi tech outlet, too many self ordering stations. Great to see the manager refusing to give food to an Uber driver who failed to bring a delivery bag. No wonder when we order food it arrives cold. Keep up with the good work. And thanks for maintaining good standards.

Love this place ,I'd like to meet the person who designed the carpark they deserve a slap there so much space but the main entrance near the drive though is somthing special nevermind, still got the best maccz in Sydney

Good location. Plenty of parking. Food is served really quick. Staff are friendly. If someone wants coffee waste they can pick up a bag and use as a compost.
