I manage 12+ apartments in this complex and everything has been perfect, occasionally in new developments you would expect to find a minor fault or a tiny scratch, the only repair I have had was a loose power point and it was fixed within 3 days.

I purchased a unit of the Kogarah Central from Daniel Puebla. I saw some discrepancies on the contract, and he quickly communicated with both solicitors and updated the progress to me. So I did not need to chase my solicitor for those as he promptly acted for me. Soon after the contact was exchanged, Shannon Huang, Customer Relationship Manager contacted me. She performed the final inspection with me, she took time to explain how to proceed with utility connections, move-in process etc. Furthermore, she told me that I could ask her any local questions - location of library, shopping areas or activities... as her parents had been living at Kogarah for over 30 years. That was very nice of her. I felt that ST Trinity Property Group had good teamwork, and each member was performing his/her tasks professionally.

Having worked in the property industry for a number of years, I have seen many good and bad agents and I can honestly say Rosetta is one of the best.
