Went to buy groceries today and the lady at the counter was being encountered by a man but she defended her shop very well. She's an employee but I could see thar she managed the situation with grace and sterness.

She continued to remain calm and helped me with locating the groceries. This will be my go to shop moving forward!

Visited this shop for the first time on 20th Nov to have evening tea. Had a look at groceries as well for price check. Prices are less compared to other shops. There is one Telugu lady, who helped me a lot to choose products I need as I don’t know the exact shelf location of all items. At first I thought she is continuously texting someone, but later got to know that she is preparing list of items to place an order. In parallel, she used to serve customers with billing and used to come back to assist me when no customers are in billing line. Great help from her. I will keep visiting this shop hereafter. Thank you.

Store is meant to satisfy customers and I feel this is the best store to do that in every aspect as per customer basis in every aspect from price, quality and service side.

I experienced bad customer service
There no value for regular customers
Mainly the console operator is very rude he doesn’t have patience to explain the prices for products
He is not helping in picking the products instead suggesting for different i never excepted this kind of service
