Queen St Cafe & Store

This place is right next door to my office and is off the hook. The rolls, the rice bowls, salads, rice paper rolls and even their take home chicken or beef curry are superb. Value for money is great, the team are always smiling and the smells that great me every day are to die for. Don't muck around, get here and have a feed. Delicious!!!

One of my favourite local spots for a morning coffee or quick lunch. The dine-in seating is limited and simple but it provides a great spot for people-watching as commuters make their way to the station.

Coffee + food is consistently top shelf. I particularly enjoy their rolls, they put on just the right amount of dressing so they don’t get soggy! Also a big fan of their rice paper rolls and the meatballs.

I made a short stop there for a quick lunch. I got the noodle salad with tempura tofu, and I haven’t put down the chopsticks till I was done. Delicious. The guy was very nice and was very helpful in finding what vegan options I can have. Genuinely considering making the 30 min trip there everyday for lunch. Will be coming back!

I usually grab their chicken noodle salad on a weekly basis but had to leave a review after the braised beef stew with noodles. One of the owners said his aunt makes it and doesn’t allow anyone to touch the recipe. I now see why - It’s perfect. The owners are kind people who I will continue to support for as long as I’m living in North Strathfield.

What a nice surprise! Came because of the reviews and they definitely held up. So happy we found this place. The rice bowl is such great value and the rolls have to be the best in Sydney. We’ll be back 👏

A new addition to Queen St shops near North Strathfield station. Pulled pork & grilled chicken banh mi were great - buns were soft and fluffy with a crunchy crust, good amount of filling and plenty of fresh chilli. Vietnamese iced coffee also hit the spot. Friendly service, will be back.

1 Apr 2023 update: returned to try the BBQ pork ball vermicelli. The dish was very fresh, had well balanced flavours, and was a generous portion size.

Popped by this nice little joint as it’s conveniently located near my work place. Very impressed with the quality of food and service by Dominic and Anne. I got the lemon grass roll and would definitely recommend for anyone passing by or needing to catch the train and grab something on the go. Will definitely return for another lunch break !

What an awesome cafe serving great tasting food. There was a wide selection of tasty food options on the menu. We ordered the grilled chicken rice bowl and it was beautifully presented and it was very delicious! The owners are such a nice and down to earth couple and had a great chat with them. Would 100% recommend to visit if you are in the area!

One of the most beautiful cafes with heartwarming quality food! This is my personal go-to restaurant whenever I am in North Strathfield. Staff working there are always really welcoming and super friendly. They also have one of the most delicious meals in town!

Our favourite local Vietnamese joint! The chicken roll and chicken vermicelli noodle salad is our personal favourite. The ingredients are always fresh and the bread is crispy and delicious.

We absolutely love this place! The 5pm closing time means I can get a late arvo coffee, and the coffee is always made well.

Great food, very fresh, good balance of flavours and textures. My Tempura Tofu and vermicelli salad were nice and crispy, and the other meals that the rest of the family had were equally tasty and satisfying. Good efficient service.

Easily the best Vietnamese food in North Strathfield. The decor is modern but the flavours are classic. Highly recommend their banh mi and Vietnamese iced coffee. Quick service.

This is an absolute gem run by a really lovely team of people (thanks Domenic, Nathan & Annie for your kind service and hospitality).
Btw it smashes the competition out the park, incl cafe 93 up the road, just got to give it a try for those not sure...
Also, cater quite well for Gluten Free options - vermicelli chicken noodle salad a real winner!

Delicious banh mi! The bread was soft and fluffy but still with a nice crunch as you bite into it. I got the pulled pork banh mi- just the right amount of filling and flavour. I also ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee which was really good.
