Bupa Dental Brisbane

Honestly the best dentist I have ever been to. I was nervous, 13 hours from home and in pain. I felt reassured, heard and supported, and best of all no pain after my filling. Is 13 hours too far to travel back? Maybe not give how incredible the dentists, assistants and reception were! Thank you so much.

If you value customer service.... this is the place for you.
I have been a customer of this dentist for years. Plenty of availability, super helpful staff, and you don't need to be a BUPA member.

Hii. To whom who are wondering if you should try this dental practice. I recommend! I have seen Dr Christina Lee for a few years and she’s been great! Due to her having time off, I saw Dr Pramodh Nayagam more recently for my check up! He was so considerate and caring and even had the receptionist give me a check up call to ensure I was happy with everything. however sadly due to a freak accident and unrelated to the previous work I sadly chipped my FRONT tooth, so I was back way too soon and with a last minute appointment I went to see someone different again…Dr Matías Quitral. I’m so shocked with the experience. Everyone who works here are genuinely friendly and lovely people! They all give great service! I actually welled up and shed happy tears looking in the tiny mirror to see what my new front tooth looked like. I was terrified and i honestly couldn’t tell which one just got patched up!!!!. I didn’t think it was possible to do such a good job! Let alone for the last minute appointment and price. I’m so so so happy and I’m genuinely looking forward to my next visit with either three of these super drs! (I do hope though it will only be for a check up in 6 months) 😂😂 thanks to the whole team though. You’ve really made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience and I never ever thought I’d think that, let alone write a review about it! 🤭

Amazing practice, waiting room is clean and modern. Receptionists are extremely warm and friendly. Oliver and his assistant gave me a thorough cleaning and explained exactly what they were doing. 10/10

Deepa Singh and Dr Pramodh are the best duo I've ever experienced. Typically I'm afraid of dental appointments, but they talk me through any procedure and maintain calm and warm demeanour throughout my checkups. Super helpful advice too... my dental hygiene is a lot better thanks to them.

Seen Dr Navin, nice fella and treated me well, gave me the cold hard facts about what was wrong and how to handle it, killer playlist on while getting worked on. Definitely recommend this shop for all your dental requirements, receptionists were lovely and Dental assistant Daniel? Is a top bloke also.

I’ve been with Bupa Dental City for around five years now and have always received excellent service from all professionals.
Special thanks to the hygienist Deepa Singh, that helped me to improve a lot my gum health.

I had a crown done by Dr Yu-Yu and her beautiful nurse Irma they both were very professional, efficient and caring, I highly recommend them and the team at Bupa for your Dental treatment 😀 thank you guys!

Dr Oliver and his assistant Kiefer did a great job at making my teeth shine and sparkle like never before! Very gentle clean on my front sensitive teeth!

He even used this brand new air blaster to make it the most high-tech clean! Will definitely be back to see him again!

Visited this practice for an annual clean, and Dr. Oliver Ceranic was so kind, professional, and a nice person! Made a sometimes anxious appointment into a quick, easy, and stress free time. Really impressed, and will continue to rebook with Dr. Ceranic.
Reception staff are also very professional and personable!

I have been receiving consistent quality service from this surgery and its dentists since moving into the inner city three years ago. I am especially appreciative of the care and skill provided by Dr Adam Alford, being the dentist I have seen the most at this location.

I cannot say more what than gold star treatment, customer service, and kindness. Dr Christine Lee is just the coolest, loveliest and best operator and the reception staff are fantastic. I literally drive 7 hours from NSW just to come to what was my previous dentists when I lived in Brisbane because they are so terrific and sweet and so generous in their understanding. They are like a family owned, country style practice, but they are part of BUPA and are in the dead centre of the city. So it blows my mind as a country person, that they are like this. Can't say more than thank you so much and, something no one ever hears or says; it is actually a pleasure to go to the dentist at BUPA Adelaide St, Brisbane, Nikki V

Bupa Dental Brisbane is a superb Dental clinic and Dr.Pramodh Nayagam is a fantastic Dentist. He with the Bupa team makes their patient feel relaxed and calmed as they work on your dental health. I don’t dread going to my dental appointments as much I used to earlier cause I know my dentist will make my experience as painless as they humanly can :)

I can honestly say that Dr Taylor is the best dentist I have ever been to and I have had a lot of dental work done!
After a few months of horrible dental experiences, I’m glad to have finally found her. She takes the time to explain what’s going on and is very gentle. I no longer have sleepless nights before my appointments. Highly highly recommended.
