Update: I’ve gone through the drive thru a handful of times since I’ve made the review and the fries have always been awesome so I’ve added another star to the review. Also Allie is an asset to the team

I’ve had a few deliveries from this store. The food is always fresh but haven’t got the fries right yet. They could be a bit more hot and fresh. That would improve the service at this store.

I would drive out of my way to go to this maccas.
I have gone a couple times now
Food is fresh, never have I wanted to buy a meal because I wanted the fries.
They are always quick and you can tell the staff care just from their movements.

Noticed a lot of the bad reviews are talking down the wrong McDonald’s restaurant.

The best maccas I've had in ages . The double cheeseburger was perfect and the chips were perfecto , no lie they were actually crunchy on the outside and snapped instead of folded . Someone's turned the oil back to 190 instead of 170 . Thankyou McDonald's Abbott's road , you keep me coming back for more 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Plenty of places to sit, this store was clean, ice cream machine wasn’t working though so that was sad. Play area for the kids is undercover so that’s a plus. Our food were served hot and our hot drinks were also served hot. Everyone was happy

I love bringing my family here, great service, food has always been fresh. I've noticed they like to keep their valued customer's happy as a priority. We always get the $39.95 dinner box as it's great value. I'll always be coming back to this restaurant. My daughter loves playing in the playground and it's hard to keep her out because she is having too much fun. Thanks macdonalds for the pleasureable experience.

Best Macca's in the area. All the other ones around Blacktown and seven hills have not been great but this one always gets the order right and the food is made properly.

Really impressed with the quality of service this morning. This store got it right. Eat in service was top quality and friendly. Efficient and well prepared. I didn't mind waiting for my coffee to be handed to me as the staff told me how long it would be and that's how long it was.
For me to even write a review means its a big deal. Store staff deserve to hear this feedback. Well done to your team.

Went through drive thru for a quick coffee to start the day/end the week. Was greeted with, "what can l get ya mate?"- loved it! 😃 Very Australian, very Maccas. Great big smile from Ethan at first window and an awesome coffee from the next. Thank you Ethan for putting a smile on my face to start the weekend off on a good note.

I have four local McDonald's to choose from in my area and this is the best by far. The food is tasty, fresh and consistent. Whenever I am craving a Cheeseburger this is my go to place and it never disappoints. The customer service is grear and the drive through moves quickly and is a fast option.

This morning I went in around 10:19 so very close to the cut off for breakfast and the start of the normal menu. It was very busy in the drive thru and normal in the main area and cafe. Even though there was pressure on the team to fulfill both menu of orders at that time they really did a great job, were very friendly and I was happy to see what seemed to be a snr manger (possibly an area manager etc) helping pack the orders and communicating with the team effectively to get all of the orders out to the customers quickly. As a retail team leader myself it’s always pleasing to witness such situations first hand. Great job !!

Well managed restaurant. My experience at the drive through couldn't have been better. Polite and efficient ordering and the food was ready as soon as I got to the pick up window. Easily accessible from Abbott Road with ample parking and a play area for children.

Probably the best maccas i have visited for some time. Extremely friendly staff, very clean, great coffee and best of all served by a staff member not one of those bloody self serve kiosks. Keep up the good work.
