Dr Sathah Sivabalan - Norwest Children's Specialist Centre

Dr Sathah is fantastic. He listens to all concerns and provides excellent information and knowledge. He ensures that you feel comfortable throughout the appointment and that you know you are welcome to address any concerns, no matter how small.

Dr. Sathah Sivabalan is a wonderful paediatrician. He is very professional. My daughter was treated for her cancer at the Westmead Children’s Hospital, Dr. Sathah is the paediatrician to follow up. One time the professor of the hospital was amazed at Dr. Sathah’s letter and a report to him. He said Dr. Sahtah is an excellent paediatrician, which he can see from his report. I think that is why he has an Honour degree.
Dr. Sathah is very caring. He not only cares for my daughter, but he also cares about our family. He is concerns about my son’s feeling too if we all concentrate on my daughter’s treatment.
We are very blessed to have him as my daughter’s paediatrician.

Dr Sath is an amazing paediatrician. His care is evident in the way he treats your children. He follows through and follows up with what was discussed in your appointment. He doesn’t rush through your appointment and makes sure you have all your questions answered. He doesn’t make you feel as though your questions are silly. He listens to your concerns and address them both professionally and with empathy. Couldn’t rate him more!

I couldn’t recommend Dr Sivabalan enough. He was very accommodating to my active child and is very thorough and caring in his examination, providing excellent interaction with the children. Great engaging waiting area for the children as well. Wonderful pediatrician!

Horrible experience! Coerced and threatened into taking a healthy in all aspects (but quite underweight) 11 week old baby, to the emergency department at hospital and if we didn't he had a duty of care to call family services. This was delivered atrociously! We went to the hospital in a world wind and our life was flipped upside for 3 days. Every Dr and nurse in the amazing Westmead childrens hospital reassured us everything we were doing was amazing and not to be afraid and apologised that we were communicated to and felt to be threatened by a Dr .
We felt judged, not listened to and there was no trust in my parenting to have further open discussions about solutions and a plan and even a second opinion.

Good news the hospital soon after discharged us with no concern and just to keep up the good work with a plan moving forward (that was adivsed didn't need severe urgent hospital care and can be done as an outpatient with our GP)
