The fastest and best hungry jacks I've been to , and I've been to a LOT ..Staff , cheerful and quick , food was d'bomb .. Thankyou soooo much HJ at Parklea . I come for the food but go out of my way for your special service 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Organised a retirement for a colleague, we were booked in the cricketer room. It was just just right, just like our own function room. Mel n her team are amazing, always enjoy returning to The Fiddler. Thank you for delicious food, service and welcoming atmosphere . Also a special mention to Tara? for this bottle of wine

Decided to try this Hungry Jack's store after a very disappointing experience at a different local store and from now on we will only eat here. We ordered and ate in store and for my family of six our meals were all made correctly. The burgers were fresh and delicious and the chips & onion rings were hot and crispy. While eating I was watching the staff run the counter and drive-thru and they were very well managed and organised. We all had a very enjoyable meal, thank you.

The food is always fresh and tasty. Chips are always hot and they are generous with the burger fillings. It's my favourite store other stores don't compare.

Just want to commend the manager Harry who handled a extremely unreasonable customer in the most professional way. Harry remained calm and was never rude to the customer but the customer was only trying to pick a fight and use "i will report you" as a threat to try milk things out of the business. Front-line employees should be treated with more respect and he is definitely a champion.

Your service is really quick and all of your staff are every welcoming. Sometimes I am a bit confused to order. But, I was very pleased that one of your staff called Rimple guided me and explained me very patiently. Thank you very much! Best of luck!

Every time I come here and get served by Bailey (I think that’s what the manager said his name was) it is a delightful experience, he has exceptional customer service skills and is amazing. I have full confidence that when he takes my order that he will have every detail accurate and nothing is going to be missing. As a manager in a job that has exceptionally high customer service expectations I would be proud to have my staff perform like him.

The drink refill station definitely needs replacing.
Would suggest more staff rostered on as from observation there are always many cars in waiting bay and piling up at the entrance. However, the staff are always friendly and pleasant. Burgers are made to perfection. I have no complaints about the food and its presentation - generally fresh when served.

My boys fav eat in place and they love d play area too

When I was younger, I had a good friend named Timmy. We were inseparable, when I got home from school I would always run over to his house to ask him to play.

One day we were playing with my favourite soccerball by the old rickety bridge when Timmy kicked the ball a bit too hard. It was gone, Timmy was leaning over the guard rail searching for it but I knew it was pointless.

I couldn't see straight through the tears, it was all his fault. It didn't even take much strength.

To this day I still see his face looking back up to me as he was falling down, his eyes were vacant almost as if he knew. I finally broke down last week and admitted it all to my mother. She went silent for a moment "Who's Timmy"?

Not a big fast food eater, but hungry jacks beats maccas every day of the week. They're real burgers and the junior whopper with spicy sauce is delicious, I buy an extra sauce for the fries, which are also soooo much better than the maccas cardboard fries. The free refill of drink was appreciated as well. Staff nice, venue lovely and clean.
