Saw Dr Diane Nguyen for a tooth implant who was very professional and caring. She regularly contacted me post procedure to see how I was going. Explained the whole process along the way which was very reassuring. Colour match was spot on and I thoroughly recommend her expertise. It was a great experience! Seeing Dr Diane Nguyen is always a pleasure. She is professional, friendly, looks after my teeth well, and answers all my questions. I have been seeing her for several years now and hope to continue under her care. The Dental Centre is in an easy to get to location in the city. The reception staff are always friendly.

I have been receiving excellent services from NIB Dental Care Centre Brisbane for almost 2 years now. From cleaning, to pasta, to my Ortho experience, Doc Diane Nguyen has been the nicest, kindest most reliable dentist who always looks after their client’s welfare during and after each treatment (especially the ortho treatment I’ve had) and I can say that I am satisfied. She explained everything thoroughly and gives advice. I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment process. Also, the staff were all friendly and helpful as well. The center is well equipped with modern facilities and location is very good. Overall, the service was top-notch, and I always left with positive experience. Highly recommended for all dental needs! Dr. Huy was very knowledgeable and really helpful in providing care for my teeth. I appreciate the extra mile he has gone through to try and explain the procedures that need to be done to again get my teeths back in shape. Dr Diane recently made my smile whole again with two crowns on my front teeth. Dr Diane didn’t settle for anything less than perfect and took great time and care to ensure I was happy with the outcome.

Cannot rate Dr Diane highly enough. She has an incredibly caring, yet funny nature, is very personable, yet professional and just knows her stuff. I trusted her implicitly when it came to my cosmetic dentistry and I’m so thrilled with the results. She has a skill that can’t be taught, similar to a hairdresser that just knows a cut and colour that will suit your face shape, complexion and surrounding features, Dr Diane has an eye for aesthetics. It’s so important when it comes to people’s smiles.

She’s also a really calming soul so if you are nervous about the dentist, she’s your lady!

Initially it was just a check up but discovered a missing part of a filling of a roothcanal tooth. I did not need a new appointment we fixed it up straight away what was verry convenient!
Fast and no discomfort / pain I didn’t even feel a injection.
Also first dentist agreeing to my thoughts that this particular tooth might not need a crown as not much structure would be left after preparation for a crown. Previous dentists I went to, tried selling me into a crown every time. ( I have had bad experiences before where a lot of fillings where unnecessarily done).

Also dr. Nguyen cleaned a discoloured tooth perfectly which previous dentist failed to do. Previous dentist recommended bleaching.

I always had a bad feeling with previous dentists I went to and feelt like they where trying to sell fillings etc… here at nib dental I did not feel like this. I feelt like they do what’s necessary and try their best!

Dr. Diane Nguyen (NIB Dental Care Centre Brisbane) is very efficient and was reachable whenever I needed to speak to her with my concerns when I came in for an emergency wisdom tooth surgery. Dr Diane is very patient and gentle and I highly recommend her.

Had my check-up and clean done yesterday with Dr Andrew Fleming and the service was amazing! Most thorough check-up I think anyone has ever done for me, and my teeth feel great after the clean. The whole team was very welcoming and friendly, and the best part was I didn't have to pay a cent out of pocket after they swiped my health fund card! Will definitely be back in 6 months - Thanks Dr Fleming and team
