Thank you to kind lady with the tattoos (I believe your name starts with a T but wont say due to privacy) for helping me choose school shoes for my son who is entering year one this year. Thank you for making the experience of our first ever back to school shop so easy and comfortable, especially with the amount of silly questions I asked.

She listened to my needs, gave me advice on the best options to suit my needs, showed me the shoes that would work best for me, assisted with try on and purchase. Super friendly and her customer care and service went above and beyond! I will be returning to this store and recommending it to all my family and friends
