I had a late appointment with DR PJ and request to change it to a earlier time , wasn’t any earlier appointments available she called me half an hour later and booked me in for a 10:30 appointment which someone canceled earlier . Great team! Great doctors and friendly staffs. I gave a review of this medical centre 11months ago. Over the year, the practice had improved significantly. They addressed the time management problem a lot of other patients complained on their reviews. I am impressed by the hard work the whole team had put together to build the reputation in the community. A new set doctors had joined. Dr Jahan and Dr Pushpika are very good doctors.

A really great experience. The young receptionist was polite, handled all my questions well and seemed to know alot about tourist attractions in LA. Wishing this practice all the very best.

My family have been seeing Doctor Nazneen Hasan for last few months in this medical practice. The way we have been treated is amazing. She is very experienced and knowledgeable which are required to be a good doctor. She is also very polite and treat us very professionally. I would recommend her to anyone who is willing to see good GP around Ropes Crossing area.

I took my daughter for her immunisation this morning and we were looked after the male nurse Chirag!
I am amazed that there are still nurses who actually do their job! He was amazing, and very gentle with the little one!
He double checked all the injections, and showed me also to make sure everything was correct! And then he updated the system and Medicare! I haven’t come across anyone that does that infront of the patient, I am so impressed and happy I would not go anywhere else!

I've been with Dr PJ for about 8 years since before she opened in Ropes Crossing. I now mostly see Dr Jowhan. I'm very happy there and wouldn't change. I feel listened to and taken serious. With 3 kids I've been there probably hundred times at least and yes not every single time was fantastic, there were delays etc but we're all human and overall our family has been cared for fantastically for these years.

Doctors and staff is really good. Best thing is, this medical practice have clinical laboratory which is open 6 days in a week and also this practice open late as well.
Which gives opportunity for those who maybe stuck with work or personal things and can not make it in standard hours.

Chirag the male nurse was fantastic and very professional in assisting with my little one with her vaccines. He was very thorough and caring. Big pat on his back on his back. You need more nurse like him.

Great doctors, great admin staff, always get in on or close to appointment time, clean offices. I'm a regular and never had a bad experience.

Dr nadeem is the best doctor. Seeing him for my 8 months old and 5 yrs old. Very satisfied with him

Sometimes there may be a bit of a wait but they are local and a great group of caring individuals who try to be as accommodating and conscientious as possible.
