If there is a 0 star option, I would give this salon zero stars. Very poor customer service. I visited this salon in July 2022 as it is 2 minutes away from a relatives house. I live 30 minutes away. The experience was liked by my family. Multiple times in 2023, messaged the owner Jaimen but only got responses rarely. On 19.12.23, we messaged Jaimen at 4 pm and asked if she was available to do threading at 6pm as our normal place closed early. She responded at 5:15 pm and told us to come. I let her know three members will be coming. At 5:47 pm, where I was 5 minutes away from her house, she responded and provided different reasons about why she can't do it and told us to come on Sunday. The owner, Jaimen has no consideration towards customers or their time. She has zero professionalism. Very disappointing!! Never going here again.

Really poor experience. I went to my appointment at scheduled time at this salon & no one opened the door . Was standing in 40°c heat .I could hear the door bell & people chatting standing from outside but got no response from the owner. Very disappointing! Guys you need to improve your customer service experience & appreciate people's time.
