Bam Bam Music

Not a bad place to shop for musical instruments.
I knew this musical shop long time ago, but I stopped coming here due to changes of address.
Last week I visited here to buy some percussion to add different sound to my little music studio.
What I recognise this time is the costumer service has improved a lot.
Although they carry a wider range of musical products, but you can’t see much in the display, you need to order it. The good thing is, you can talk and ask the staff, and they are very experienced people. They also offer musical instrument servicing.
You don’t go wrong with Bambam music Blacktown.

they stock mostly Ibanez (JEMJR!!!!) and Squier guitars.
Also Orange amps, combos and a 1x12 cab.

Came in here to buy my first guitar 8 months ago and was served by Jye. He made me feel super comfortable and didn't try to pressure me into buying a more expensive guitar that I didn't need or want. They were super accommodating in ordering the guitar I wanted and even gave me choice of the wood grain. Adam is always super helpful whenever I give them a call or need to purchase anything at all!!! Currently enrolled in the teaching program with Mitch teaching me. Unsurprisingly the high standard set while purchasing my guitar has been carried over to the teaching side of it. An amazing place to buy and learn your first instrument, bounds and leaps ahead of any other store I've been to.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff members, wide range of options for lessons and a professional annual concert for students to showcase their talent/s. Good range of instruments and accessories for sale, & they also service instruments. They offer so much!

Excellent music shop. Highly recommend. Any of the guys are generous with their knowledge. They are not pretentious like other music shops. I moved to Bam Bam after a few bad sales people experiences in another guitar shop. But these guys were so kind and welcoming. Small shop vibes like the old school days. Good range. Good prices.

Awesome experience at bam bam music blacktown.
Guy helped me a lot when picking my new guitar made sure I had the help I need to find the right guitar for my self. Customer service compared to other music shops was brilliant. Sat me down and let me play on some of my picks and answered all my questions without hesitations. Spending time with customers becomes hard when you are trying to fix and service instruments but that didn’t stop them serving me and other customers to the full potential.
Will be my go to music centre from now on

Initially had a minor setback with a supplier, but these guys went absolutely above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was happy at the end of the day.
I ended up ordering an amazing amplifier at a great price, and it arrived brand new in only a few days!
(Special mention for David; super helpful, super knowledgeable guy who provides the best customer service I’ve ever encountered.)

Fantastic experience and great customer service! We have no idea about guitars and the man in store took us through the best guitar for our little one, explained on tuning it and was very helpful.

Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Extremely generous, I went in to get my guitar string fixed and they did it in the store free of charge. Staff are very attentive and always ask if customers need help. Very good deals, big variety of products. Definitely will consider getting gear from there.

I love going back to BamBam music, their staff are so professional, so kind and welcoming. They always make us feel safe and we never fear that we’ll be judged. I have bought a guitar and when i was looking for a ukulele this place was the first shop I thought of because of the amazing experience I had. A guy name Jay or Jai (excuse me if I misspelled) helped us both times. He is absolutely lovely, he knows his stuff very well and is incredibly helpful.

Will be signing up for some one on one accoustic guitar lessons... I was convinced it's never too late to learn how to play the guitar ... I had a brief demo on how to best hold the guitar ... my hands are not too small for my guitar after all.....lol

Had the pleasure of purchasing my guitar from here and also attending the music school as a student. My daughter has also attended the musical school as a student of Piano for over a year.

We greatly appreciate the staff, teachers and the stock available. This store is a great place to come and start on your musical journey and Dave is a team member who goes above and beyond to answer any question, no matter how silly it seems for a novice.

If you are looking for a music school for your children, or yourself, this is a great place to check out.

They are very well organised, reasonable in pricing, and while corona virus hit, were able to keep tuition going via zoom which I for one was very appreciative for.

Being able to hold onto the arts and some kind of normality for my child was very important.

Went for trial vocal tuition for my child and the tutor was excellent. Gave good techniques to practice and was patient. Very good to work with. Staff at the front counter were very professional and friendly. Good vibes. We are now going to attend every week.

Just bought my first guitar! Not knowing much except what I want to sound like. Jye was super helpful from the moment we walked in, he answered all my questions, demonstrated a bunch of different guitars and helped me understand how they all worked. I’m super grateful for the help I got! And super excited to start my electric guitar journey.

It has been the very first time to trade with shop. Eventhough, I am living in Victoria and could not find the guitar model that I would love to purchase. Luckily I found out the Cort SFX-CED in stock at Bam Bam music. I rang and met Dave, after confirming the information with him, I took an order and what a surprise, I got the guitar on hands in the next day. These guys are #1 store I go to. Equipment is well ranged and in perfect condition. Great knowledge of equipment also. These guys don't treat you like a customer, they treat you like a musician and help your every needs the best they can. Well worth the visit for beginners to anyone :)
