Awesome Customer Service by Joel, he really took the time to cater to my sizing needs, even offering tailoring services to make sure the Chinos fit right and Was not pushy at all. Gave great recommendations on shoes as well. Highly recommend YD Blacktown for any up coming events your having.

10/10 for the excellent customer service attitude by Rubaisha. She frequently checked if I am able to shop and select comfortably and also knows exactly the available inventory.
The shop had decent collection and I made a purchase however it could have done a bit better on replenishing the sizes of currently running outfits.

One of the best sales experience easily in the last few years my memory could go back. Big shout out to NOOR who helped me pick couple of fashionable knitwear. He is truly an assett to the yd team, he made that extra effort to make me feel welcome and gave the attention the customer deserves. I wish there are more service friendly people like him around to make the shopping experience an enjoyable one. Kudos to YD management at Blacktown for setting up the standards and culture.

We went to yd last Saturday to find my husband some new work clothes. We were having trouble with sizing and the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. They made great recommendations and were very kind and understanding. Great customer service from whoever the staff were that day. Thank you

Love this shop and staff so much, Thanks Aaron for your help. You're such a beautiful soul, I had to get my son's formal suit for his year 6 graduation. My afterpay was down though lol, so couldn't get what we wanted. I'll definitely be back to grab that cool blazer, thanks for your kindness guys. I couldn't come back in the other day, sorry I've had a bit going on. My mum took my son back for me, she's the best mum ever.

This YD shop just changed its game from my previous shopping experience a year and a half ago. Abu the manager has closely listened to my need of sorting out a complex exchange which saved me a huge amount of time to drive to Liverpool where I originally bought the goods at the same day.
