Absolutely brilliant!! Rita was amazing. I get so many compliments on my hair colour. I went in with dark hair and came out with lighter and healthier looking hair. I think what impressed me the most was her honesty and realistic expectations of what my would look like and how long of a process it would be . Highly recommend this salon!!

Rita is incredible! Every time I come into her salon, she makes me feel so welcome unlike any other place. She is so friendly, warm and is always up for a chat. She even offered me tea and coffee! Not only that but she is extremely talented and has had years of experience doing hair. When I went into see Rita to dye my hair, she went above and beyond my expectations. She did an amazing job! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get their hair done, whether it be a cut, style or dye job. Thank you so much Rita for making me feel beautiful!

I was a bridesmaid at a wedding yesterday and had the pleasure of Rita and her team doing my hair. The result was jaw dropping! I felt beautiful and had compliments from everyone on my hair all day. My hair was exactly what I asked for and my curls held even till mid morning today after sleeping on them (yes, it was a big day/late night). I've been getting my hair cut exclusively from Rita and her team for the last four years. I was tired of barbers who wouldn't put pride in their work like Rita does. Her expertise and experience are genuinely unmatched and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to look and feel amazing.

One day while walking back to my car through Parker Arcade, I noticed "Exquisite Hair & Beauty." When I walked through the door, I simply said, "I've been to three hairdressers in the last six months and each time I've asked for my hair to be layered." The manager, Rita, looked at my hair, turned me around to look at the back of it and said, "That's definitely not layered!" I told Rita where I'd been and who'd cut my hair and she replied, "They're all juniors."

By the time Rita had finished with my hair, I had a brand new style and was one very, very happy customer. I go back every 6-8 weeks for a trim. Rita was completely up front with the cost of my first haircut, explained exactly what she would do and told me the cost for subsequent visits. As a pensioner with no other income, it was good to find someone who didn't charge an arm and a leg and who knew what they were doing and actually listened to what I wanted. They may not be the cheapest hair salon in Penrith, but I believe you get what you pay for.

Oh, and Rita has never tried to get me to buy special shampoos, treatments or other stuff like other salons do.

Rita! Thank you for inviting me to your salon, this salon exceeded my expectations. The customer service was outstanding in that the stylist listened to every single detail and made the style perfectly especially with my thick hair that is hard to style. All the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and outgoing. Rita was especially this, when I walked into the salon she made me feel like I was not a customer but a true friend. I hope this salon will make it to the big time! God bless!

I walked into Exquisite today with the hope of getting my hair done for a wedding later that day. Rita welcomed me with no problem and started to work her magic right away. I also met the lovely Jess as she was learning and watching the creation of bed hair to beautiful hair. Thankyou both very much i am so happy with the result.

We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the door. Rita was welcoming, kind, understanding and willing to tailor to our needs. Our son is scared of haircuts and washing his hair. She talked him through the whole process, changed to quieter clippers, made him feel like he was special and worthy of having nice soft hair ready for school and a photo shoot a few days later. We will definitely consider going back again.

I've tried several hairdressers in the region, and none compare to Rita. She takes the utmost care and will discuss with you in detail the hairstyle you want.
The only other hairdresser I've used in the last 3 years had been my mummy.

I Highly recommend exquisite hair & beauty salon. Iv been trying to find a salon for about 15years now that I could settle with, I been to alot of salons around NSW, queensland, america and Europe i got to say this is the first place that actually did a really good job as well as the friendly atmosphere. Also the owner is an awesome person =)
