Dr Peter Hong

Brilliant doctor , Dr Hong told me my son was ASD and the severity within the first consult, (I suspected he was Autistic) always gets back to me when I call for a script or to ask a question. BUT he comes across as very abrupt and rude to many people, but I like him . No nonsense, does have a sense of humour though. He is very knowledgeable but don't go to him if you are easily offended.

Dr Hong is an excellent paediatrician and I am so glad we found him for our baby. He picked up on a minor birth defect immediately, but put a clear actions in place and was extremely reassuring. He goes out of his way to keep us updated on any test results and has been available and flexible regarding our appointments. He is caring and personable, while also remaining professional and logical.

Wouldn’t trust my kids with anyone else! Even though it costs a bit but money should never be the object when coming to your children. He is very caring and always there to speak and call you after hours if need be! Best pediatrician in the business ❤❤

Receptionist comes off a bit out there when you first meet her but the more you speak to her and get to know her she is actually great to deal with.

Dr hong is fantastic! After having not such a great experience with a paediatrician in norwest we found Dr hong. Been seeing him for almost two years, my daughter loves him, really well spoken, excellent with kids couldn't be happier. With follow ups have had to ring me throughout the week, always phoned me back in the evening in his own time to help with our issue. Gone above and beyond

Dr Hong has both looked after my son and daughter when they were each born. Fantastic doctor and so good and funny with the kids. They love him! He is also very on top of things

Fantastic Dr. Has seen all the kids in our family, spanning over 24 years. Went above and beyond to help my 2nd child when she was hospitalised as a bub, visiting us daily at kids hospital even though he wasn't working at the hospital at the time. He picked up on a misdiagnosis made by another Paediatrician. Followups were always after hours and also gave me his private mobile to call for health updates. Lovely man, highly recommend!

Dr Peter Hong and Candy are the best team ever...I am so lucky to have found Dr Peter Hong, he has looked after my boy since he was born ( premature 31 weeks) Im so glad he was the Dr on duty during my sons time in the Nicu and special care nursery ... best paed dr ever!
He is busy and really popular but treats everyone as individuals. Candy is as sweet as her name 🌸 :)

Dr Hong is a fantastic paediatrician. He is thorough and patient with the children. He is also very knowledgeable and clinically experienced. Highly recommend Dr Hong if you are looking for a good paediatrician

I have just seen Peter for the first time today. I am so amazed with his knowledge and expertise. He answered every question and I left feeling reassured and happy! I have been to a few paediatrians for my premature son who was a 26 weeker and was never happy with any of them. Now I have finally found the one! I would deffinetly reccomend him to anyone around the area.

Sad to see some bad reviews Dr Peter Hong immediately noticed my daughter had a minor tongue tie I previously had taken her to numerous GPs asking if she had one due to her bad colic and they all said no 'babies cry' he also reassured me my concerns as to why I was there and was very informative.

He clears all the doubts. gives positive and correct advice.i have never felt thats his service is off no use.m a veey proud mother of a son looked after under his care

Very good doctor he saved my brothers life when he was in hospital for heart failure and all the other doctors didn’t know what to do. 12 years later and his still going strong

Dr Hong has been wonderful with both of my children. Unfortunately his receptionist 'Candy', is rude, judgemental, and does not have a shred of empathy.

Doctor is rude, condescending. The ederly lady in the reception at Blacktown is a different level worse altogether. We unluckily got assigned to this doctor at Westmead Private so had to live with it for first few appointments. If you have a choice I suggest not to come here.
