Very helpful..had what i needed

I ordered one product online to be delivered by courier to my home (1 hour maximum drive from my home). After 2 weeks of waiting I called them chasing my order and was told that they were having issues with their courier company .i have not received a courtesy call or email notififying me of any delay. I called the again 3 days later and was promised the delivery that day still no delivery or call. Called them again
late afternoon the day after the delivery was promised and they did apologise. I have now asked for a full refund and I will source the same product elsewhere
