Just got a new pressure washer system fitted to Van. It was a tricky installation as i was wanting it in a certain position. They went out of there way to make it work. The service and advice from Rick and the two David's was fantastic.
They answered my many questions and provided excellent advice nothing was to hard for them. I felt like part of the family.

Receptionist is always unfriendly.
Staff are untrained and abusive.
Owner is unprofessional and rude.
Storefront is inconvenient with very limited parking.
Workshop is filthy and cluttered with rubbish, dirt, and tools everywhere.
My experience here was pretty sad from the beginning. With David one of the workers working on my high pressure cleaner. The job which was to be a simple one of replacement of the seals. Turned out to be a nightmare. To cut a long story short. After returning a machine that had almost split in two at the pump (see photos) and retuning a third time to pick up, I was told by the owner (Rick) my machine was faulty from the manufacturer. But apparently this time it was fixed.🤞 I said to Rick, as at this point I didn’t trust anyone here anymore. I will get the machine checked from a dealer of Aussie Pumps. To see if it’s eligible for warranty. He then tried to insist that I shouldn’t waste my time. And when I said (I don’t need your advice on the subject) he became aggressive calling me a smartarse and ar@&hole among other names. I responded quite loudly repeating what he said to me , telling how professional i thought he was. And retuning the favour with a few names $@&#€
At that point his worker David came over and asked me if I had fallen off any roofs lately (implying that I should)
I believe after the events that took place today this company should be shut down. No customer should ever have to put up with this kind of behaviour. All I can say is good luck to you if you decide to shop here. May God be with you. All the best. 🤷‍♂

Not a good look when one of your employees is driving a vehicle with your brand printed all over it as recklessly as the driver of BD95MH was tonight 5/6/24 around 22:20 on Victoria Rd from Rozelle to Gladesville.
Weaving through traffic, cutting off other drivers, speeding, tailgating and just generally endangering the lives of every other road user. Ive got plenty of dash cam footage of the whole thing.
