Amazing service! I ordered a pair of Birkenstock's for my boyfriend's birthday. I was able to find them on The Next Pair when they were sold out at so many other outlets. We needed to exchange them for a different size and the team went above and beyond to accomodate the exchange. Very impressive and would for sure purchase from again!

First time buying from The Next Pair and will shop again! Impressed by the quick and easy customer service on a pair of Superstars that I bought last week. I ordered the wrong size and emailed them, thinking I wouldn't hear back for at least a couple of days. To my surprise, I got a call within 5 minutes from a nice rep, who had all my details ready and sorted me out with a new order right away. The entire experience was so painless. He even went above and beyond and made sure my shoes still got delivered the same day! So glad I discovered this shoe shopping site!

Purchased online late night on Thursday, dispatched first thing Friday and received them on Monday.
The Next Pair have a great variety of shoes to choose from and have a lot of stock as I was trying to find a particular style of Birks which were unavailable at another store. Also great they have Afterpay and Zip.
Definitely recommend and will buy again.

I never write reviews but wanted to do so after the amazing customer service from Alex at The Next Pair. I recently bought two pairs of Onitsuka Tiger - Mexico 66's, with one pair having a small, almost unnoticeable, imperfection (a manufacturing or transit fault, nothing to do with The Next Pair). When I contacted the support team / Alex, I was offered a full refund or replacement with free return, or a generous partial refund if I could live with the imperfection. I took the partial refund and will be returning to The Next Pair for my next pair. Thank you Alex for your professional and friendly manner, you are an asset for The Next Pair!

i accidentally ordered the wrong size doc martens last night, called them this morning and got the size changed before they sent them out!! this saved me sending them in for an exchange. fantastic service. ill only be coming here for my brand name shoes from now on.. you wont be disappointed.

Upon to place my order, it said "possible delay expected in relation to COVID issues.". However my shoes arrived in 3 days. I thought I have to leave my comment for people considering to buy some for a present etc coming next few weeks.

Excellent service placed an order Tuesday morning and was kept notified throughout transit and goods arrived today Thursday .Having had a bad experience in the past with ordering Asic Tigers I was concerned but they are the genuine article and not the cheap imitation fakes I received from another online company. Ordered around 9 am and the confirmation was immediate.

There was a hiccup with the courier company (that was completely the courier companies fault) that was to deliver them and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I received my shoes on the same day even though I had made a mistake by providing the incorrect phone number.

Unreal. Had the shoes I've been after (size 15), cheap, and didn't need to pay US prices and delivery. I returned the pair that was too small and got the refund in a few days. Fantastic shopping experience.

Very responsive, quick dispatch and shoe sizes normally not available in Australia. I thought I will need to fly back to Europe to buy my size. Now I don't!
