I have been purchasing my hair products from Catwalk for years now. I forget the name of Gentleman which he always go above and beyond in his professions.he has a good demonstration of hair products always good recommendation and getting discounts as a regular customer. Highly recommend this place and products.

I recently purchased a leave-in overnight hair repair serum which turned out to be a faulty product. I contacted Catwalk Customer Support Team and Georgia promptly responded to my concern. Upon further investigation Catwalk offered a full refund on the product purchase price. This is a great demonstration of outstanding customer service. I have full confidence in buying haircare and skincare products from Catwalk in the future.

First of all - this store has everything and anything you could want or need for your hair! It has a great collection of products ranging from lower priced to the higher end!

I was served by Jav who clearly knows his stuff and even gave me comparison products that were a little Cheaper but did the job! He was also extremely knowledgeable and personable which made the visit even better!

Would definitely revisit in the near future :)

What a pleasant surprise, to find Catwalk Hair & Beauty product outlet in Gladesville. They stock a wide range of high end hair care and skin care products, with very helpful and friendly staff. Picked up my favourite Kerastase products today. So good to know, you guys are so local.

Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Great range of products and the staff are super helpful. They really care about customer service, and go the extra mile. I was desperately in need of some products and needed to wait a few days to get the full order. Josh called me and kindly, personally, dropped over part of the order, so I could start using them. He even gave me samples of the products I am still waiting on from the back order, so I don't miss out. I can't thank you enough.

I was looking for a good hair dryer not knowing what to get, the catwalk team recommend Bondi boost. Everytime I use it my friend is asking me if I went to the hairdresser. Very friendly team and a wonderful shop to get inspiration for hair and beauty products must haves.

Alice in the warehouse/store was beyond helpful, really took the time to make sure the products we needed were right for us, and gave us in depth explanations on how to use the products as well as what to be mindful of. She honestly saved mine and my mum's hair with her help!

Catwalk exceeded my expectations when purchasing products, they were so gracious with dealing with my 101 questions as well.

Their products we purchased (streaking kits, powdered bleach, toner & developer) were extremely affordable as well.

Discovered this place by accident today, even though it's only about 6 minutes away from where I live. Have been looking for the 'KMS Curl Up' product for a few months that I didn't have to order online. Didn't know this place existed. Fantastic. I'll be coming back for sure. Nice helpful people.
