My wife and myself went into house in Narellan, the staff where beyond helpful, went out of their way to help us and all members of the public in the store. As it was very busy and still had time for everyone. I have never seen or received this kind of service from any other house store!
I highly recommend this store. Thanks for your efforts to myself and everyone else in the store.

The least accessible and inclusive store I have ever seen.

Probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
I tried to return a item to the store as when i opened the item, the item was broken.

The manager instead of replacing the item, chose to yell at me Infront of the whole store saying it was me who broke it and how they'd never sell anything that was broken. Even though i gave them option for them to look at the shopping Centre camera's as I never left the site proving when i opened it, it was broken.

I hope this Manager gets fired as i can see it's a constant pattern with this store, and they clearly only care about saving money. I will never shop here again and i sincerely suggest you don't either incase any item becomes damaged you will be yelled and screamed at.

The worst customer service ever. They took my Christmas order out of my tagged bag and sold it to someone else. Will never shop with them again.

They will pretend to be closing down by removing most of their stock off the store and claim it’s a closing down sale. Only for the shelves to reappear the next week. Do not for their tricks!

The product they sell is very mediocre for the price, even for the “closing down sale” prices.

Probably one of the worst customer service experience. The lady at the register working on Sunday 24/4/22 was rude and didn't show any friendliness..I couldn't understand why and to be honest will never shop there or refer anyone there due to the poor service. I really hope it wasnt due to my skin colour because deep down thats what it felt like and made me feel very uncomfortable. Go somewhere else and support another business with better service if you notice this too.

Purchased a product from house Narellan. The item was damaged and I went to the shop to replace it. Worst customer service experience. Staff put the blame on me and was very rude. After standing my ground the staff replaced the product. Staff went to the extend to say don’t come back with the product if you break it again. Very bad customer service.

Said to me come back Monday as the item i want would be on sale. Came at 9am.. sign on door said open at 11am. It's now 1130 and stock is still. Being delivered. Lots of customers outside waiting most have left.

Horrible staff, with 0 Customer service. When I visited 24/04/2021 both staff were rude and when questioned about a practice had the snootiest attitude.

Retrain them, currently they area failure at their jobs.
