Easy to access clinic. Dr. Ahmed and Dr Fahad both are very good GPs and help their patients out in any way possible. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful. 5 stars all the way.

I took my 12 year old granddaughter to see Dr Wright. Dr Wright spoke to my granddaughter at her level and explained what the problem was, and what she had to do about it. She was spot on in her diagnosis and put my granddaughter totally at ease. On the way out the door my granddaughter looked at her and said she was the best Dr she had ever been to. Dr Wrights manner was to the point, concise, and gracious.

Take my kids to the nurses and doctors and they are really good with them. Have no tears when walking out. And the doctors always try and help with any problem that you see them about.

I find the clinic is very good. Easy to book appointments, efficient service. I am not going anywhere else. My doctor, Dr Ahmad is excellent.

Made a phone appointment to get results for a Monday, didn’t receive the call. Called Wednesday to follow this up, was told the Dr had made notes that she had called and communicated with me.
This never happened.
The lady answering my call was quite rude, didn’t even offer an apology.
Given that I haven’t received my results on my one day off as planned, I’m now forced to make an appointment while having to work - all while being told the dr may or may not be on time, when it’s been expressed I have no more time to be wasted.
Left with an infection and very frustrated.
Terrible customer service on both the Dr and admin team.

I was on hold for half an hour and then it went to message bank. Tried again same thing. Thought that 3rd time might be the charm by oh no message bank again. 1 and a half hours of my day wasted. Even drove out to the clinic Saturday morning to find it was closed.

Couldnt get the time and date you want.
Always wait for the doctors,not efficient.
Not clear with fees,suggest that always check if it's bulk billing or fee gaps.
All in all,not happy about the service we got,and definitely not worth it,the whole team is not very helpful.
I have to go back again to complete my payment which they never mentioned about any cost the first 2 times,one time was on the phone,the other time was a walk-in.Very inconvenient!

Disgusting service from everyone asking what time my phone consult was last week being told I don’t know by receptionist how can you not know when the doctor was going to contact me at least a rough time of when you booked the appointment would’ve been good! Asking to speak to management in relation to other matters being on hold for 20 mins without being told to hold after 20 mins being hung up on this happened twice now I’m being told not to attend the clinic again. This matter will be taken further with all the other issues that happened 1 in my appointment with how rude the doctor was and second of all I was told how much I would’ve been out of pocket and get there on the day and being told it’s more out of pocket then you have to wait for the rebate. Totally disgusted in all staff no wonder you’ve only got a 2 star review.

Over charge, doesn't follow their website fees. Be far away from this clinic, terrible service experience.

In the past six months, an appointment went missing from their system, a fax referral to a specialist took ten working days to arrive and faxed scripts to my pharmacist took over 24 hours to arrive including 40 minutes while I stood, sick as a dog, in the pharmacy on the phone to their receptionists. There's a rapid turnover of doctors and no continuity of care. I've given them written and verbal feedback about the flaws in their system but nothing seems to have improved. When dealing with people's health, you simply have to get these basic things right and continuing to get them wrong is simply not good enough, Avoid at all costs.

Went there to get 4 stitches out of my chin after a cycling accident and talk to the doctor about other injuries I had sustained during the accident. Sat down in his office and explained I had stitches to remove and was having problems with my wrist. In about 15 seconds he escorted me to another room where after a short wait the nurse came and removed stitches very promptly and me realising that I was not probably seeing the doctor again tried to ask the nurse about a few of my injuries. She told me I would probably have to see a doctor ‘which is what I booked the appointment for’ and that was it. Charge $90 dollars, stitches out and none the wiser for my other potential injuries.

I called to check if they do A BCG vaccine for my toddler before travelling overseas. The lady booked me in saying yes. Within a minute of the appointment i was told that the vaccine isnt given here. All right. I had my doubts.That is why i had called to check with the clinic in the forst place. The lady at the reception booked me in for an appointment for which I paid $89.10. The appointment lasted less than 2 minutes. And i was charged for the incompetancy of the the admin staff. No one took responsibility or even accepted that i could have been informed about the vaccine on phone and that i didnt have to come all the way pay $89 and to be told that sorry we dont do it here.

They always cancel appointment at the very last minute.
I have experience this three times.
Even if you reconfirmed everytime before your appointment, they will give confirmation.
Once you left home for the clinic they will cancel or reschedule your appointment.

A doctor from this clinic couldn't tell me whether I should take a vaccine during pregnancy!! He said he would do a research about that matter and after a month, he told me he still didn't know. All he can do is reading the results from my test reports, but nothing else. 100% USELESS DOCTOR, I paid 80 AUD everytime visit this doctor for no valuable/ useful information. And this clinic charged extra fees for no reason, such a good robbery.

They failed to inform me that the clinic is now bulk-billed. I had no idea until I went to book another appointment and was slammed with a bill, which is way overpriced. The whole appointment and experience was just useless, a waste of time and waste of money. Will not be going back!
