Woolworths Oran Park

Always order here for my online orders! The staff are brilliant, always fresh items and my order always comes perfect ($500 average, maybe only $2-$10 worth of issues in every 1/7 orders). This is always sorted out with a quick call the online customer hub! I have complimented the store through their feedback service multiple times as other surrounding Woolworths can’t seem to get it right like Oran Park!

Huge new store with a wide range and plenty of stock. A dedicated wall at the back of the store for foreign favourites from the U.K., New Zealand, Soth Africa and others with large areas to display special occasional stock, a large freezer section and a fairly impressive meat section with a good variety on offer. Was a bit disappointed they don't stock Coke Life though.

As usual the store was clean and organised. The staff were pleasant and courteous.

Betlst supermarket in the area, easy to find place to park, parking space is big enough, shelves are always full compared to other stores.

Amazing team at this store. Was able to sort out a refund due to a system error so quickly and easy! Cam and Fiona at the front desk do such an amazing job! Keep up the good work guys!!

Really nice new location, staff were lovely!

Staff are very friendly. They will make sure that they are prioritising helping you if you cannot find items and also checkout counters will be opened if there is a large cart.

Fabulous customer service...shop is always well stocked and clean..staff always friendly and eager to help. The young manager at the sevice desk handled my complaint beautifully!! Didn't flinch when I told him of my complaint about a certain foodstuff....just listened patiently and offered me a refund immediately!! Fantastic!!!

Very nice new area mall.

Well laid out with wide aisles to passing other trolleys. Huge range of food and selections. Food has always been fresh and long use by dates. Helpful staff to guide you in right directions to find items.

I want to say a big thank you to Tracy who was working in the coffee isle yesterday while I was shopping. I was there looking for some new Gluten free items, she took the time to go and look for them and even find the lady that does the plans to see if she could find them for me, unfortunately they were out of stock.

I want to congratulate Tayla on her amazing customer service! I came to check out earlier this week and she was so engaging, with the lady before me she was extremely helpful and cheery, she had on a smile and was making genuine conversation. I work in customer service and I know how draining and repetitive it can usually be but Tayla was so lovely, it made my morning :)
