It was my co-workers birthday today and I was looking for a quick hook up for a gift. The girls at Serenity took all the thought process out of it and help me organise a great gift box. They were incredibly helpful, professional and tailored their service to what I was looking for. The prices and quality of the gifts were great. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend this shop. 5/5.

Beautiful homewares shop in a nice little shopping centre. Really lovely shop, smells divine. Great range that makes you want to do over the whole house. I went in to get some chalk paint (first timer) and was very happy with the products I have purchased. Any questions were answered with a smile and I feel confident in attempting my first paint job. I am 100% positive I will be back!

Really impressed with the service from Home of Serenity! I placed an order at 9:30am for local delivery and arrived within the hour! Very friendly and lovely service, answered my questions on messenger quickly and love their products! I also placed an order out of area and shipping was processed at the Post Office with tracking number within half an hour! Fantastic service!

Way different in range of quality compared to other gift shops I’ve been to and the customer service from the ladies is amazing

If I could choose no stars this is what this store would receive because that’s what they deserve!!! The most inconsiderate girls I have ever come across!!! Disgusting customer service! Don’t ever apologise to someone when you truly don’t mean it. What an embarrassment you are. NEVER shopping in this store ever and I will be making sure majority of the people I know, DONT EITHER!!!!!!!!
