I love browsing this Myer. Always pleasant staff & good well stocked quality fashion selections. They have a great Miss Shop with on point fashion & gym wear. Also the Forever New & Review are personal favourites

I bought something online accidentally that technically couldn’t be returned but Josh at the hub customer service in the menswear area on level 3 was really kind and understanding of my situation. He helped me exchange the product.
I’m really happy with the exceptional customer service that I have always received at the city Myer centre!

Some of the reviews below are a bit ridiculous.
One guy is complaining about paying $829 for a king size down quilt. Hello? Duck or goose down is difficult to source and is very expensive. Why don’t you just buy a much cheaper blanket like polyester?! What does this particular store have to do with nationwide set prices that you have to give them a bad review? It’s like trying to buy a Ferrari and then complaining about the price.
People should really think before they post negative reviews.
Yes this store is a little dated in their design but it always has everything. Most staff are good people and most people try their best to be helpful, professional etc.
Yes sometimes you’ll get bad service but for every 1 rude worker there’s 10 nicer ones out there.

Just be a bit more kind people jeez

I love Myers on Queens St… it has always been an exciting place to shop.. Hubby and I have got many a bargain!! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I hope you find another venue to lease.

Went in to buy a pea jacket. Had three very helpful staff select a quality jacket. Typical Myer service nothing was to hard to do...

Last week was the first time visit at Myers Chermside, and the service was brilliant. So when we got to Brisbane city, it was a no-brainer, and again, not disappointed. The team is very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Exceptional service from the lovely young blonde manager at Goldmark. Had a fantastic shopping experience and would definitely be bringing more business to this shop. Would definitely recommend a lok at this store.

We needed a suitcase and went to Myer , picked a nice suitcase, wrights size, colour and price. Went to the counter to pay and found out that the suitcase was on special. More than 50% off price. Woow great Myer love it

After years of being unhappy with the customer service in most Myer stores. I’m pleased to say last weekend the staff over the age of 50 where truly wonderful and I could see more than happy to be at work. Good for you to be hiring this age group of people. Way to go. Thank you all so much for helping me buy gifts on each level. A job I really don’t like was made a pleasure with customer service

I don’t often review chain shops, but Mary from the Menswear department here went above and beyond helping me choose a pair of fancy shoes to replace ones I’d left interstate. Very helpful!

Michelle from the YSL counter provided the loveliest service I could have ever asked for! She is very knowledgeable, kind, patient despite the busy Christmas shopping hours! Thanks Michelle!

Today I needed to urgently buy a suit, for a wedding tomorrow, and the gentleman in menswear at Myer in the City (I think he may have been the manager) was outstanding. Quickly and expertly fitted me with a suit and then recommended a Tailor to do some required adjustments. He was even kind enough to walk me to Tailor as she was a little bit hard find and he was on his lunch break.

Thank you to Matt from the menswear section for your help with my wedding outfit. You were patient and provided excellent service. Will come back again.

Went into Myer to buy some new work shoes and the lady that served me was super lovely and friendly. I don’t usually shop at Myer but it was one of the only places that sold the shoes I wanted and they were on special at the time so it was perfect! The lady said they usually have them on special so it’s definitely going to be my go to for shoes from now on!

Such a shame this place is closing. Fantastic sale running at the moment, bought $360 worth of formal attire for $85.

We usually have an average experience but today we were helped by Arash at perfumes and he is the nicest salesperson we have met. An asset to the store. Thank you Arash for the 5 star experience!

Daniel from the the perfume customer service area was so helpful and even remembered us on our second visit. The service he presented was friendly, cheerful and assisted us to choose the right product we were looking for with the knowledge he has in this area. Daniel was also patient and took the time to understand what we were looking for.

Great customer service from Frances (women cosmetics section) . She was fabulous. She went above and beyond by packing the gift nicely and recommending where to buy further items. It's staff like Frances who make the shopping experience excellent.
