Excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and approachable. The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to find the right product to meet my needs. Large free car park and conveniently located near major roads. The large outdoor sign makes it easy to find.

Top tier service, sales rep wasn’t able to help me due to stock issues but went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Craig went out of his way to make sure I was sorted. Would definitely ask for Craig if the poor bloke isn’t too busy 🤝

Nice big store, easy to find a team member who are helpful and happy to price match deals. Always have stock, knowledge of products from team is spot on and if they don’t know, are eager to find the answer.

I went into the store to look at T.V’s & Steve provided me exceptional customer service by explaining the differences on all the T.V’s I was interested at. He was very informative & professional and did not rush me into making any quick decisions.

So far I experienced good customer service in this store. Last December I bought a PS5 slim and now I bought a Miele HX2 vacuum. Ryan who assisted me with the Miele Vacuum, I told him I will bring it back to Manila and I heard him say “pasalubong?” He’s Fil-Aus guy :)

Great shop experience. Security guard was super lovely when I walked in and had a chat while I waited for my click and collect- she was so friendly. Man that served me was super friendly too, quick to grab my things and brought/put them in my car for me. Overall 10/10

Seem to always buy big things from this store, always have stock. The store has been moved around. Feels huge now and a much needed improvement. The staff were very friendly and happy to help out with any questions.
