Just Bathroomware

I never usually write reviews, but my experience at Just Bathroomware in Drummoyne means I must. The last time I was in the shop was many years ago when sorting the items for a new bathroom about 20 years ago. They were super professional then . . .

Today I came into the shop to see if they could order a new Grohe shower hose for me. I was greeted by Natasha and Tom. Sadly they no longer stock the particularly brand or part.

That could have been the end of it. But no, Tom thought he might have some old stock and went to take a look. Meanwhile Natasha helped advise on how to safely clean my shower head using lemon juice and water.

Tom returned. He had found the exact shower hose I needed. Too good! I went to pay. I had come in, asked for an item, they had it . . . why shouldn't I pay? But he insisted on not taking any money. He said I could just have it as they wouldn't be selling it.

You might have driven past this shop 1,000's of times. I know I have. Well, if you need bathroom ware and want great service, stop, park safely and walk in. You won't regret it . . . Tom and Natasha made my day and the new shower house will now be appreciated by the whole family.

I went into the Drummoyne store this morning to get some ideas and inspiration. The staff members were lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back. It's not often you get great service like this nowadays.

JB focusses in high quality products so you know everything you'll see in the showroom is reliable. But the real difference dwells in the team which, lead by great bosses, genuinely do their best to ensure a good experience for their clients. Their daily dedication to deliver and meet clients' needs was evident, even when something did not go according to plan, everyone was quick and prompt to offer support.

Top service from an excellent team of genuinely friendly, really well-informed professionals. They have a great range of products and Tom, the showroom manager, gave us top-shelf advice and helped us to make the right decisions, taking the sting out of the whole experience. Really happy to shop at a local, Sydney based company. Nothing was too tricky and the price was very fair as well. Parking easy (on Renwick St) and they've pretty much all your bathroom needs in one, manageable space.

The Staff here are great. The showroom although small is far better than most of the leading retailer showrooms.

Not only she shown her entire professionalism and dedication, she also was extremely visional and knowledgeable in the products she helped me to choose. I would not consider going anywhere else for bathroom ware. Excellent choice in brands, styles but Im mostly reviewing on the service. Jennifer and Tom in balmain have been so helpful with their advice and knowledge of product and suppliers. I cannot rate Just Bathroomware highly enough, what a pleasure to know they want my bathroom to end up as beautiful as I do.

Amazing experience

My experience initially was average .
After a few visits and expressing my issues we finally were able to move forward with the purchases .

Complete debacle from start to finish for what should have been a simple vanity purchase. All the initial issues stemmed from a lack of proactive management of our order. Waited 2 months for a damaged vanity to be delivered. Parts were missing, never included in the order. Timberline was no better, poor communication about rectification and the replacement led to even more delays. They insist that you pay the entire amount before delivery, which made us feel vulnerable when we received damaged goods while the original hopeless woman that helped us, departed the company without saying a word, no hand over apparently.. I could go on but suffice to say we won't be back.
