Glassons Birkenhead Point

I was here on Sunday, 20th Nov afternoon and wowww I had such a lovely shopping experience! Both girls at the store were too nice and they were really sweet and helpful to me. I really want to give them a big shout out for making my day. Will be coming back for sure.

Walked in the other day, one of the girls was heavily intoxicated however she was very helpful and kitted me out in some deliciously tasty clothes. She introduced herself as vanilla chicken but boy she was not vanilla at all. Elite experience. Would recommend to anyone. Clothes good too.

Staff was half decent

They’ve moved locations to a larger store area. The store looks more like a “normal” Glassons store, but it is kinda hidden away and difficult to find. The staff are reasonably friendly (depending what day you come) and they have a lot more stock and change rooms than the old store). Overall, if you like Glassons, I’d recommend coming here. It’s just like a normal store with a little bit more sale stuff!

Really disappointing customer service. Upon entering the store, both female staff members turned to glare at me, before returning to their personal conversation. I was the only customer in the store and wasn’t approached once - no wonder the store is always empty! I even tried on multiple clothes, and as there was nowhere to leave them afterward, put each back individually on the rack. Even while I was doing this, walking again around the whole store, they ignored me and kept gossiping. What a horrible experience! Walked out without getting anything. I’ve had positive experiences at Glassons elsewhere, so must just be this one.

Staff are lazy. Called to put aside a pair of pants that I was told was in stock at this store. Drove an hour after checking they had the pants for the girls at the desk tell me that the pants are not in stock and was a stocktake issue. Should have checked that they actually had the pants before wasting my time.
