Burwood Road Veterinary Clinic

We have been taking our cat, Milly, to Burwood & Bay Vet for several months and have found them very caring. We also like that we can make an appointment in the morning so she isn't stressed in the waiting room with other pets making noise.

Can’t praise enough how great this vet clinic is! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Taylor is very knowledgeable, passionate and loves a good puppy cuddle!

Dr Melissa is very professional, friendly and caring and so is the new team that joined the clinic recently. I wouldn't take my two golden retrievers else where.

Great veterinarian, we've had 3 weimaraners over 20 years see young Melissa who really always has the best interest of the animal at heart before money at all times. This always gives peace of mind when dealing with a love one when in pain.🐕🐈🦮

First interaction was with the nurse ,Tayler, she was extremely helpful with organising an appointment for my Guinea Pig with Dr Paul. A very reassuring and pleasant experience. Definitely coming back. Keep up the good work.

Our cavoodle Jazz has been with our family for 13.5 years. She had been unwell on three occcassions in the past 8 months. The most recent time we presented Jazz to the clinic, Dr Greg kept her in for an ultrasound and discovered she had a tumor on her spleen. Dr Michael explained all of our options in such great detail that we made the decision to proceed with the splenectomy. Dr Paul performed the operation, and the result of the biopsy gave us the best possible news discovering that the tumor was benign! All the doctors and the nurses at this clinic are fantastic. The information presented by the vets here helped us to make an informed decision on Jazz's fate and she recieved the best possible care. She is now all but fully recovered and everyone in our family is so happy. I could not give a higher recommendation to this vet clinic. Thank you to everyone at Burwood Vet Clinic.

Very Good Vet clean and lovely seating area.

They have taken care of our dogs and 1 cat for over 30 years. Melissa and Meredith are very good vet's and are reasonably priced, even though veterinary care is never cheap.

Taylor and Melissa were very friendly for our first visit to the vet with little Oreo the kitten. Thanks for taking care of him and providing friendly service, glad to have you in our area

Called up on the weekend and the lady on reception was amazing she was super kind and went above and beyond to answer my questions and was very kind in general

Great team here! They were easy to deal with, including squeezing me in within a time they don't normally do consults!
Just took my 2 cats for their yearly vaccinations and checkup, 1 of which has major attitude and hates the vet. But the team ensured everything got done quickly and with the least amount of stress to the cats.
Would highly recommend using these guys :)

Dr Melissa and her wonderful staff are the only people that I will let near our most precious fur family member. Mr Hiccup is so happy to see her everytime he puts his paws up on her examination table. Melissa loves our fur baby as much as we do. She’s loving, caring and proactive. She will always fit me in if I’m concerned about something and she takes a cautious approach. I will not let anyone else see Hiccup and he agrees!!! Her charges are reasonable and they just feel like an extension of our family. I wish I could give this practice 100 stars. They go above and beyond always. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Burwood Road Bet gets an additional 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 from Hiccup.

Friendly, explaining everything, cost effective. They seem to provide efficient service. They'll charge $110 for an examination and vaccination of a cat, the same as last year, so inflation is not out of control for sure! And that is about standard for the area. Melissa Ball, the vet, said my cat Ralph was handsome, and I have to agree.

I now live out of the area and still make the trip to Concord because I know she’s the best vet around.

A 5 star review from me on the basis of many years of receiving great advice, and excellent care for my dog and cat companions. Melissa the vet is a warm soul with a clear love for animals and deals with humans very well too. All staff have been excellent and the location is great as there is always parking nearby and so there is no added stresses in having to haul heavy cat cages or carry ill dogs too far.

I wouldn't go elsewhere for veterinary care.

I was very impressed with my experience taking my two bunnies here - my baby bunny had been suffering a fungal infection on his toes since prior to me getting him and I could not fix it (as I also didn't know what it was) - they healed completely and started to regrow the fur just two or three days after taking him to see Melissa and my other, older bun was also actually in a good mood after her visit - which she has never been before when I took her to the previous practice we used. Thank you to Melissa and the team at BRVC!
