Very friendly and helpful with any inquiries and orders. Nearly every time I go in there I try different flavours and just general chit chat, I only go to this vape store because I know I am always going to leave with a happy experience.
If you need something and they don’t have it in stock they will order it and notify you as soon as it is in.

The owner of this shop is a rare breed. One of the last genuine souls around. I've been to many places, and none that I can recall have been as honest and helpful and passionate and informative as this bloke. The prices are very reasonable, and the products are of quality. Its unfortunate every place isn't like this, and in an ideal world it would be. I would definitely recommend this place. Go here before anywhere else, you won't be disappointed.

The bloke that runs the place has extensive knowledge of what he’s selling, but could be nice to see a wider range of rebuildables.

Great experience the owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The product range was great and the place was overall extremely neat and tidy. I dont know much about vaping so having the different types of vapes explained was extreme useful and helped me make my choice. I bought the voodoo drag 3 and it's great.Would give 6 stars if i could

Nathan is an absolute legend.
Needed to update my old Vape. Went through all the features of newer models and helped me find one that was suitable. Couldn't be more happy. This guy knows his stuff. Would totally recommend to anyone.

This store is really good and well priced. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Nathan is a champion! Good on you guys. Excellent service which is often hard to come by these days.

This is the best vape shop in Wollongong. The Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. They even offer to look at a mod which may not be working for you. Highly recommend a visit here if you vape. You will definitely be better equipped to manage your hardware and have access to a wide range of flavours if that's what floats your boat.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Passionate about what they do and provide great recommendations. Despite reading a lot into what I was looking for, there were some gaps in knowledge which the staff here are more than happy to assist with. Recommendations were really well made and explanations for them really help in learning and self understanding of what I would like.

Guys held an item for far longer than they should have, then threw in a couple tank protectors. Super friendly, good range too!

Legends, 10/10 would brave Cabramatta traffic to go there again.

Amazing service, very friendly

If you are a new, or experienced, vaper please go and see these guys before buying anything from anybody else. Their knowledge is second to none and their patience even more so. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and after much discussion, to find out how I vape, I left with something that better suited me. When I got home I couldn't make it work like it did in the shop but a quick phone call and I was back on the right track. Great service and great prices all topped with an extensive knowledge of the products they sell.

Such a great store! Has everything you need including a father behind the counter wanting to sell ONLY to those who qualify and not the kids walking by. Such a breath of fresh air (pun intended) to have Stephen at the counter with so much knowledge of his products and only sells what’s best for you and nothing more.
