Good range of products. Good prices. Easy access.
Recently had to return a product (cordless mower) for a warranty issue. It couldn’t have been easier. The staff were very helpful and efficient and I was walking out of the store in next to no time with a replacement.

It’s a good bunnings, has everything you need. Helpful when you need to order something in. Except there is this one lady who I know is trying to be helpful but her manner is just horrible and don’t rate her at all

Walking in, Tye's smile immediately lifted my spirt. I was going to the rope section to end it all. But his kind nature made me reconsider. I went to hug him but he politely asked me not to. So sick of all the red tape! Coivd is over people! 10/10 experience however thanks to the kind staff.

Staff were very helpful.
I inadvertently left my wallet on the check in desk and they returned it to me without any fuss.
The staff at the paint section were excellent. They matched two colours for me.

Variety of goods.. all under one roof!

Absolutely wonderful. We were fixing our car in the parking lot and every single member that walked out the door at close came up and asked us if we were ok. They even gave our son a teddy bear, 2 bottles of water and some lollies. We cant thank them enough for their concern and for our sons little treats, he cherishes the Teddy and devoured the lollies.
Just so all the concerned employees know, we got the car fixed and arrived home safely.

I was very impressed when they gave me cash back form a cc purchase even when I couldn't find the receipt!

Had a legend there cut some sleepers for us, had all measurements done correctly, it seemed some tradies before us were heaps rude to her but she still composed herself professionally well when attending to us next.

Zoey you're a legend! You are worth more money in my opinion.

Everytime I visit Cessnock Bunnings the staff are amazing in their efforts to help. They're knowledgeable, professional and easy to approach. I've spent way too much money here thanks to their willingness to tell me what to buy! 😅

Amazing customer service. I purchased a Petrol pressure washer from here and when I got home I realised it had a broken attachment, the tool shop team got me a replacement the next day.
