We visited Chris Watson Motorcycles with the intention to buy 2 motorbikes and come home with 3 (whoops lol)!

Chris & Simon went above and beyond to ensure we knew what we were buying and that it was the right size for us all. We walked in at 10am and left at 12.30 with our bikes!

Unreal experience and recommend them to everyone. It’s clear when you walk in that Chris cares and has a great work ethic, he is always busy and greeting and talking to all customers, even had a beer with us afterwards.

Once again the service department are welcoming, polite, knowledgeable , informative and just plain professional. Yes you have to book in at least a month ahead but this team are worth the wait to have your pride and joy meticulously taken care of. You have an awesome crew there Chris.

Service at its Best! Rode from Singleton to Wollombi only to discovered I picked up a screw in the rear tyre of my Breakout, limped it into Cessnock, the boys at Watsons put it straight into the pits, removed the puncture, and internal plugged it whilst we went to the bowling club for a beer or two, an hour later we were back on the road heading home. Great service, muchly appreciated, and I hope the fellas enjoyed their gift of a few largies after work. Highly recommended cheers Pappy

Can't thank the crew enough for getting me back in the road so quickly. Second puncture for the day and only one tube. I limped into Cessnock and was back on the road In 30 minutes. Excellent service.

My experience at Chris Watson Motorcycles at Cessnock has truly been brilliant. I am over 70 years old and it's great to buy a Suzuki 250cc motorcycle without the pressure of high sales pitches. Just did the logbook service on my nmax 155 , coming from Toronto area the ride was beautiful taking the back road to go Cessnock Yamaha, very nice customer services from the guys at the maintenance section and also amazing job done on the scooter, even fitted a new bolt on my exhaust to make it looks better, giving me good recommendations, etc... The ride back home was really cool too😎 highly recommend this place

Thank you Simon and Chris for your help, you guys are amazing! Last year I was going to purchase the Norden 901 but I just wasn't 100 percent convinced. Something was telling me to wait and the reason was the 2023 upgraded Expedition version of this motorcycle! This bike is exactly what I was looking for, I just need to to change the tyres (they are ok though). 5 stars for customer service and 5 stars to your shop floor as well as products! Thank you very much!

Staff were attentive, I enquired about a second hand bike for my daughter there was a basically new bike 600kms for $2500. On the way out I saw a bargain $25 pair of Alpine Star gloves, so snapped them up. I’d much rather support a local.
