I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this time. I went to buy a camera and the staff was amazing. They helped me and did their best for me to have the best price over my purchase. Thank you very much

I must say i was very fortunate to walk in the store and directly meet him. He helped me buy the perfect phone for me. Helped me with all the discounts and onboarding to Telstra. Even helped me put a new screen guard on the phone. Love the guy. Thanks mate. Cheers

Visited this particular store for the first time and i must say this place has got all the electronics and is a very huge store. Must come here first before visiting anywhere else

A cozy store but has a huge range of selection.

5 stars for the staff for their friendly and prompt service. I had a Ninebot scooter and it ran into some issue and had to take it back to the store. The staff just asked me what was wrong and I explained, all he did was told me he could replace it or even refund it. It was that easy, best customer service experience.

Staff is really Polite and Helpful. If you can find cheaper they will definitely beat those prices and match it up. I am really happy for my visit. JB Hi- Fi never let you down in service and sales.

This JB has been my go to store for a number of reasons including absolutely amazing staff, Angelica and karim in particular. I was really happy today that the store readily agreed to return a phone I bought that didn't work for my needs and gave me A1 advice on the perfect plan.

No nonsense shopping. Asked the staff to price match on Amazon and was done without question. Great service and variety of products.

Sebastian helped organise a replacement for me. He carried a friendly attitude and genuinely wanted to help. He did not try to sell me any mobile BYO plans like the other times when I dealt with staff from other stores.
