Ordered some roof racks for my mate online and booked an installation. I had some existing bike racks that they helped key the new keys to. Really appreciated their friendliness, professionalism, and great work. I had also used them several years ago for my own roof racks which is why I decided to go with them again and they did not disappoint.

I ordered a Yakima Easytrip 500L online and called ahead of time to check if I would be able to pick it up on the weekend. The man on the phone was very pleasant to speak to and when I picked up the roof box, I had a change of mind with the colour and again the person there was very friendly and helpful with accommodating that. He helped me put it on my roof to take home and in that time a few other customers had turned up and he made sure to greet each one and let them know he would be able to help them soon. Very good customer service from this place, highly recommend.

Support is excellent. Fair price. Ordered a Thule Proride 598 online, a forth bike rack for my use. So needed lock to match the key. Support on getting that done was seamless.

I ordered two roof rails online, but selected in store installation, as I wasn’t confident the rails were even compatible with by roof cross bars. When I arrived, the rails had been set aside for me, and in no time Lee and his colleague got to work installing the rails, and the job was complete in just over 30 minutes. A great experience all round! Thank you guys!

I ordered a Thule VeloSpace XT 3 Bike Carrier 939AU from Roof Rack Store online. They contacted me straight away to advise there was a delay with delivery and offered me a number of different options. I chose to wait for the rack, and they were in constant communication throughout the process, with regular updates. They were very focused on making sure my requirements were met, offering me alternatives throughout the whole process if I needed a rack sooner than they could get it back in stock. I cannot fault their attention to customer detail (especially for an online order) and level of customer service.

Everything went to plan and the rack was shipped and arrived immediately (once back in stock). I took it on its maiden 1,000km voyage and it lived up to the reputation that Thule has - the bikes didn't move an inch and it was a very smooth ride. The engineering/design is great and this particular model is worth the extra for the options of taking DH or eBikes as well as other bikes (we had 1x 27.5inch and 1x 29er). It is a 3-bike rack, and while I only took 2 bikes this trip, there was sufficient room for a 3rd in the middle. Being able to access the boot of the car with the bikes on the rack was very convenient and loading/unloading was also straight forward. I was approached by a stranger at the DH race who spotted the rack (in use) and was very impressed as it was better than their trailer setup - it wouldn't surprise me if they get one shortly!

I could not be happier with the product and the customer service from Leigh and the team at Roof Rack Store, and their prices are very competitive!

Mind-blowing range of product on offer and most items are actually in stock for immediate pickup or quick delivery. The customer service is sublime and, as a first time towbar owner, I really valued the plain English advice. Highly recommended if you're in the market for their wares.

My girlfriend and i were about to leave Sydney for our next trip and suddenly the King’s awning connected to our roof rail broke down. We have already had troubles with the other awning but we trust King’s employees that said that we could mount them on our car’s roof rails. They were wrong and the incompetence of them almost cost us an accident.
In the unlucky time we were lucky to find these amazing people. Not only they saved our trip installing some roof racks on our car (perfect for our awning) but also they made us save lots of money finding second hand roof racks in perfect conditions. We haven’t had any problems for all these months.
It’s very difficult to find so honest people nowadays. Super recommended, thanks again.
