TSG Matraville tobacco shop

The workers at this shop are without a doubt the the most friendly, patient and helpful people you will find almost anywhere in Australia.

First of all, as a tobacconist they have it all. They have a really big and awesome variety of tobacco and smoking products, unique items and snacks and drinks.

Everything is really well priced, but what really sets this place apart is the staff.

Extremely friendly and helpful, even when its 11pm at night and they have been working since 7am, they are always smiling, always friendly and patient and super genuine.

Its like their first priority isnt making a sale, its making sure you are happy and feel welcomed in their store, every time.

Dont think of it as a tobacconist, think of it as like you are going shopping at a friends house, and your friend happens to sells alot of cool stuff, and gives you great deals.

Honestly, this shop and the team at TSG Matraville are a rare find.

I am a regular at TSG in Matraville... Imran the store manager is a Gem... He is helpful, polite and does possess customer service with a smile. I have seen him go out of his way for his customers new and old... He's a keeper TSG...
