The Hunter Valley Cooperage

What a great weekend away in the Hunter! The Hunter Valley Cooperage B&B was absolutely perfect. The estate that the b&b sits is lovely & peaceful with nice places to walk, have a picnic and just relax. The location is close to at least 2 cellar doors within walking distance (Kelmans & Saddler Creek) and a short drive to many others and restaurants. The hosts were lovely and very helpful in making our stay comfortable. Our room was cozy and led out to a shared deck that overlooked the vineyards, which was my favorite spot to have a morning coffee. The breakfast served each morning was incredible and made our stay even more special! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

We have just stayed at this amazing get away.Gaye and Warren made us feel very welcomed from the moment we walked in.Their Hospitality is second to none.On arrival Warren took us around and explained everything to us and told us if we needed anything not to hesitate to ask.
The rooms were very spacious,clean and comfortable.
The breakfast on both mornings were amazing.You certainly don’t go hungry.I have truly never tasted pancakes like Gaye made.
We were so impressed by this place ,we are taking our little Family back next year.

This was my 4th stay at The Hunter Valley Cooperage. As always Gay and Warren are such lovely hosts. Our stay at The Hunter Valley Cooperage was a special one for my 40th Birthday . The food served at breakfast was amazing! The best Eggs Benedict, and Ricotta Pancakes I have ever tasted! If you want to stay somewhere to unwind, and relax look no further than The Hunter Valley Cooperage. One of the best B&B's in The Hunter Valley. We look forward to coming back for a stay soon.

Thank you for your hospitality Gay and Warren. Staying in a vineyard gave us the best Hunter Valley experience. The room was cosy and clean, but the breakfasts were spectacular and worth the trip on its own. The guest lounge room has a view over the vines and lake below, a lovely space to enjoy our breakfast. Sensational, Never have I ever been away and felt the ambiance and sereneness of any place that I felt when we walked into our Room. We stayed in the Shiraz room, total quality and so so wonderful. The hosts Warren and Gay, what can I say, nothing was to much trouble they pampered us all weekend. The food was superlative the best breakfast i have ever had..... We will be back now we have seen and experienced the best....... Well done Gay & Warren.... Wish there were more stars above ........ All the best Wayne & Tania

Just finished a stay at the Cooperage B&B while attending the Crossroads Country in the Vines Festival.
Our Hosts were amazing, from the beautifully prepared breakfasts to the very personal hospitality. Many little extras to benefit from, if only we had enough time to spare. Go see for yourself, this place and its hosts are a little Gem, glad we found it. We'll be back!

Recently I took my wife to see Dolly Parton at the Hope Estate. We stayed at Cooperage for two nights.
Well Dolly was fantastic and so was Cooperage.
The food was fantastic and the hosts were wonderful. Nothing was a problem.
We are looking forward to returning to Cooperage when we are next in the Hunter.

Lovely service, food, accommodation.
The highlight is the breakfast, no need for lunch at all.
The only gated housing estate in a working vinyard. We will certainly come back when in the Hunter.

Excellent B&B in the Hunter Valley. Relaxing, large rooms, beautifully decorated and breakfast was delightful and delicious. You also stay in a winery.

There are no words to describe how lovely this place it. From the drive in, to your room, to the purpose built mini cinema room, to the lovely couple who run it. the place is just wonderful.

Wonderful experience. Great location, great brekky and lovely people. Clean neat rooms, great home theatre. Stayed for 2 nites and loved it!
