A very large, very spacious shopping center that has everything. You will not return home without being loaded with stuff. It has Keymart, Wally's, Coles, and many others. There is a wonderful vegetable market with vegetables and fruits. There is also a maker of house and car keys. He has keys made at a price of ten dollars each.

Loved Cindy’s customer service at the Dermalogica David Jone Highpoint. Yesterday she was assisted us personally to find daily skincare products which suited me best:) I will definitely back for more!

I came here today to collect a highly sought-after fragrance that is sold out everywhere else! Called the store and they held it for me. Last one in VIC! I did have to wait to get service for a while but it was busy and the staff were all very nice, including the security guard!

Best experience ever!!! I bought body shampoo from body and soul and Cologne from this amazing woman named Roya. She took her time with me and had extensive knowledge on products I didn't know about. Recommending family to shop there because I've never experienced such great customer service.

They are definitely not lying when they say this is the “biggest store.” Such excitement, merchandise, service and beauty. Love every floor, especially now at Thanksgiving and Christmas. I can’t express how happy I am with the service I got from two staff members Nikki and roya they helped me find the perfect fragrance I was looking for and roya has such a nice personality and she would always be smiling. They have such a great teamwork and communication I’m gonna so recommend my friends to buy from here

A store where you'll find a well defined variety of brand clothes, Perfumes for him and her, Cosmetics, Designer Glasses, Shoes, Kitchenware, Bedding, Toys, Books etc, etc.

The guy that was working in the Politix section this afternoon (13/01/24) went above and beyond to help me get my wedding jacket that I wasn't even able to get from Politix directly - 10/10 service

I recently called into the politix section of the David jones store. I was greeted and professionally helped by Lochlin, he was smart in his attire, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with, carry on the good work Sir. An asset you don’t find very often.

Very good place to buy quality stuff. Specially home decors and perfumes. I was looking for Creed Silver Mountain Water from a long time and was able to get from here. Its a premium store and i am more then agree that they are premium not only because of the quality products they are sell but its more like the exceptional customer service and trained staff they have.
I wish i can give them more stars.

Was in David Jones recently where I experienced great customer service in their bedding department. Purchased an item recently where their main competitor couldn't be bothered to assist me.
The staff in this department were extremely helpful, courteous and interested in making a sale.
Happy to see their are some retail outlets still providing great customer service. 👍

David Jones, in the heart of The Bourke Street Mall, is one of Melbourne's oldest and most respected Department Stores. With 6 floors of top of the range fashions especially for Melbourne Cup etc.. one of the Stores behind Fashion Week in Melbourne.

David Jones was a good place to visit if you want jewelery or a watch, as a good selection of both. Friendly service and good service. I would highly reccom

I've never written a good google review because good customer services is hard to come by. I spent the whole day shopping for the perfect pillow and the last stop was David Jones, i was greeted by Georgia from Sealy in Manchester. Georgia was amazing help, she was patient and understanding. I haven't experienced such great customer service in years! I love my pillow! Thanks Georgia!
