Food was fantastic and staff very friendly! You either order at the bar or at tabletop using the QR code. We ate 3 meals there during our 5 day stay in Brisbane. On the 1st visit our waiter suggested the Garlic Bread and we were so glad he did, they were amazing!

Good vibes, decent sized and really hearty meals. Staff have been friendly no matter the day and are always happy to accommodate any meal needs. It's a good spot to break up the day wandering through the city with a decent lunch and a fun atmosphere.

Genuinely a great place for arvo/casual/night drinks. Staff are more then friendly. The menu looks very extensive and pretty well priced. While a pint of Guinness goes down a treat at this place there are also a good selection of other beers.

What a nice quaint establishment.. great atmosphere and definitely some great food.. Service staff were all very friendly.

Had such a nice evening here for drinks with friends, especially when being served by the lovely Justin who was so helpful in providing us recommendations, will definitely be back!

I like an old pub with character. The only Irish pub near the city and the vibe is just right. There's occasionally some live Irish music being played by what looks like a group of regular Irish men.

Great service. Great beer. Never had a Red Ale before… but hey! When in Rome right? Well when in Brisbane at an Irish pub rather.
And for 8.50 pints can’t go wrong.

John was great. And 1:30 on sundays they have live folk music. Worth a stop in if you have a spare hour 🙃

There was this crazy man yelling at the Manager and she handled him so well and uncontrolled the situation. What a strong woman she is! 💪💪💪 Much respect!

I recently visited Gilhooley's Irish Pub and had a great experience. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a night out with friends. I particularly enjoyed their selection of beers, particularly the Guinness, it was perfectly poured. The steak I had was cooked alright and it went well with my pint. They also had a great selection of sports on the TVs, it was a perfect spot to catch American sports like NFL, NBA, not just local sports. Overall, I highly recommend Gilhooley's Irish Pub for a fun night out with mates or for after work drinks

Shout out to Pablo and the Kitchen staff who looked after me and my Partner today greatly appreciated. Steak was awesome and the chips thanks Pablo!

Great, chilled atmosphere. Very nice food with decent portions. The staff were very accommodating, even though we over ordered on the app ( you can also order at counter ) they were very kind and gave us a refund on unwanted meal without any fuss. Irish band were playing on the night we attended .. not too loud and added lovely vibe. Would recommend!

Went there for Sunday drinks, met awesome locals, great barman, and just overall good little place! We'll be back when in brisvegas for sure. The guiness isn't under the bar where it should be lol but they've done much better than other places in Australia. Cheers

Awesome pub food at Gilhooleys Irish Pub right in the heart of Brisbane CBD.
I got in for lunch twice and dinner another time on a recent visit to Brisbane.
I highly recommend the steak sandwich and the beef and bacon Cheeseburger.
I also had the beef and Guiness pie which was very tasty top.

Good place for drinks and fun with friends.... live music is not bad

It was my first time eating here on Saturday and I loved the food! Great service and delicious food 😋 Will definitely be coming back again!
