These are great value for money shelves and racking. Quick Delivery as well. Communication is difficult on the phone, however, USE THE EMAIL address and you get a reply within 24 hours. I have used them in a domestic situation and at 2.4 metres high, they are perfect for my needs. Thanks Creek Brothers.

Fantastic Service, quick delivery and good quality at a bargain price. just ordered my 4th lot of shelving bits from these guys and so much better than the other racking out there (look for the round support bars on the uprights that bolt in not the square ones)

Shelves are good. Easy to assemble, sturdy and a good price. Ordered online for Sydney and delivery was quick, within 3 days, including a public holiday in between.

I get the the comments In regards to service but to be honest you will not find the same good quality racks and shelving at these prices.

Super disappointed with my purchase. The shelving was delivered reasonably quickly, but delivery was expensive ($90). When I was assembling my rack, I had problems getting the shelves to fit (no I hadn't tightened the bolts before fitting the shelves). As I was putting one of the shelves in place, I cut my finger on a sharp piece of sheet metal (it looked like part of the shelf had been torn upwards). Thankfully I was on the lookout after that because by the time I got to the last shelf, it had a significant tear in it (see the photo). That could give someone a cut that would send them to hospital. I filled out a customer satisfaction survey from Creek Bros that they obviously use for reviews on their website and when I hit send, it said there was an error. I retyped my review and re-added my photo, only to have the same thing happen. When I looked on their site, every review was 5 star. I'm thinking any poor reviews are simply rejected. They can't filter Google reviews, so here's my experience for anyone looking to buy a rack from these guys. Be aware that quality control is extremely poor - well at least in my case it was.

Left 3 messages with the Moorebank location. No response. Finally someone answered the mobile. I explained I wanted 20 more shelves, same as we had brought from there previously, she denied they ever had them in that size. Go figure.

Very clearly states "free delivery" then when you go to pay, suddenly delivery is now $180. Beware and don't get trapped. I telephoned to enquire, she claimed not to know anything about it.
