Neil is a really good physio. I have seen him off and on over a few years. He shares information about my health issues, explaining it in ways I can understand in relation to the issue I am dealing with.
Always friendly, consistent, and listens well to my concerns. Highly recommend this physio service.

I recently took my hubby in to see ASHIMA for rehab after double quad tear surgery, she was absolutely amazing, caring and professional and she certainly knows her stuff and goes above and beyond to help. She has so much empathy, encouragement and after care that she helped him feel at ease, and was able to help him in his progress to be able to now walk without crutches and braces. I highly recommend ASHIMA and I can't praise her enough, and we thank her so much for helping

I saw Phoebe for a pinched nerve in my shoulder. I’d seen a couple of different people and tried a few different things, but was getting very little relief.
I had 2 sessions with Phoebe and she managed to immediately alleviate much of the discomfort, and then fix it for good.
She really listened and took the time to understand what I was describing and where exactly the problem was. She asked many questions and I felt she was very committed to getting to the root of the issue.
I’ve now seen her for a couple of different issues and can not recommend her more highly.

I went to Phoebe to address some concerns I was having with my shoulder. She was thorough in her analysis of the problem and gave me a very easy to understand explanation as to what the issue was. As well as exercises to perform to help strengthen my shoulder, she recommended some useful taping approaches as well as exercise apparatus that would help get my shoulder healing much faster. I can highly recommend Phoebe for her professionalism and the care with which she takes in working with her clients.

Phoebe assisted me with lower abdominal and pelvic pain caused by muscle/ligament hyperextension and growth of the uterus during my pregnancy. I was initially unable to walk and having a terrible time! She helped me with exercises to strengthen my core and relieve the pressure on my pelvic region. I was impressed with her professionalism, thoroughness, and empathy during this very emotional time for me. She listened to me and was very caring in her advice. For someone with no experience of physiotherapy previously, Phoebe really provided me a world of assistance when I had no idea what to do about my pain. I am very grateful for her assistance and cannot recommend her highly enough!

The clinic is an exceptional physiotherapy facility that provides top-tier care and service to clients combined with outstanding knowledge and understanding of the body and the way it works. Neil has helped with back, neck & most recently a foot injury/issues! Neil is polite & listens to my concerns, and answers my many many questions! I highly recommend Neil & can’t thank him enough, if I could give him 6 stars I would!

I saw Phoebe for chronic tension headaches and difficulty turning my head. She not only helped get my head moving properly, but I havent had a headache since my last session. I found it really helpful that Phoebe really listened and helped tailor a treatment/exercises that I could realistically do, I feel thats what has really helped. Thanks Phoebe!

Phoebe has helped me with my ongoing back pain, assisting me in understanding how my posture, and my sitting behaviours have been casing flare ups in my back pain. Since meeting her I’ve been so much better at preventing painful flare ups, because I’m more aware of what is likely to cause a spike in the pain. I thought just fixing the pain when it was strong would be all I needed and now that I know I can prevent most of the pain instead of just responding to the pain, I feel so much better, like I’m taking control of my pain instead of being beholden to it.

We took hubby to Backfocus Physiotherapy in Sunbury and we can honestly say finally we found someone that can help him with his Sciatic nerve pain, Neil thank you.. You were not only very professional but understood the problem..

Does not foster psychological safety. Neil was patronizing, and arrogant, which I could possibly overlook if the service was good, but I found these traits made him such that he wouldn't listen to me and my needs. I do not feel safe here.

Edit re: reply -- If a person does not feel safe, why would they make their reviews account under their real name? Anywho, I feel better now that I have changed physio's. And I do not recommend Neil.
