Unfortunately the worst customer service experience in a store. I usually shop at Cue because I like their products. However after Christmas I went to return an online item to the Chatswood store. It clearly states online that you can return the items upto 14th Jan. It was 7th Jan, I ordered on the 19th, they were delivered on 22nd Dec and then as I was away on holiday I only got to try it on 5th Jan. When I realised it didn’t fit, I decided to return it. The Manager of the store dealing with the issue was the rudest person I’ve spoken to in retail and I will not be going back there. They refused to refund me for the item and started accusing me that it had not just come out of the packet it was delivered in. I went to the city store afterwards and they were totally the opposite. Clean and easy refund was done. I won’t be shopping at the Chatswood Store ongoing unfortunately.

The worst phone customer service I have ever received. The lady who answered my call enquiring about the company's return/exchange policy was downright rude, condescending and made no attempts to understand what I was asking. Not a great experience and makes me never want to shop at the Cue Chatswood store ever again. FYI this happened at 22nd May 2021 at 10:25am and I called the Cue Chatswood store.
