I think looking back , I was disappointed Levant didn’t communicate with Kim about the price I wanted to sell for. We could have achieved more if Levant followed Kim’s tactics, but because he’s the principal he wasn’t interested in listening to an understudy. For some reason the first property we sold Kim was allowed to negotiate the sale, 2nd time she wasn’t.
