We were lucky enough to recently drive home the first fully electric Mini Cooper S from the North Shore Mini garage. The service was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. Dennis, Vanessa and Kristine were a great team and really took the time to go through our new car with us in detail.
Our car was picked up for it first service shortly after, within an amazing timeframe and all the additions that we had asked for were included.
I have never felt so special as a customer when buying a car!

Not going to lie, feels weird giving a 5 star review to a car dealership.
Dealt with Paul and Dennis initially, great conversations, took their time explaining the models and they are willing to deal but also no hard pressure. If you want to buy, buy, if you want to just browse, browse, felt completely comfortable the whole time browsing.
After sales before settlement was just as pleasant experience, needed some additional info, Dennis was good at returning calls and following things up.
All in great experience including pick up, scheduled a long enough time to talk through all the features of the car and how to use them, real breadth of fresh air from previous experiences.
Recommended to see them if you are considering a Mini.

My highlight is for the finance team in North Shore MINI Garage. The guy who handle my application (Jay Yang) is professional and very assuring in the way he communicate.

As much fun as buying a new car should be....rarely it is, due to the industry and sub standard car sales people that we need to interact with.
However, I purchased a new Mini on my 74yo mothers behalf in July. I was taken back by how genuine, respectful, knowledgeable and down to earth the team at North Shore Mini were.
I had dealings with two members of the North shore Mini team and Dennis, the manager, was incredible (the deal was done through Dennis). I don't say that lightly.
Respect, customer service, humility, are such simple yet often over looked characteristics in the car industry.
We bought our brand new Mini Cooper from Northshore for one main reason. Dennis....
Yes, price is important, yes, availability is important. I can confirm a fair deal was done but it was Dennis, his superior service, humility, patience and professionalism, that got this deal done.
We shopped around, spoke to and visited other Mini dealerships in Sydney but mum and I didnt want to deal with anyone else.

This company and in particular Vanessa Edmondson, really know what customer service means. Took my car to the UK and now trying to return it to Sydney. Lots of difficulty with shipping company asking for lost documents for car purchased from NSMG in 2014. Vanessa and her colleagues were amazing in their efforts to provide documents from their archives and offering to get other documents from BMW. Cant thank them enough for what they did and their wonderful attitude. If this is what you get in the way of service after 6 years, then just imagine what a lovely experience you will have dealing with them in 2020 when you buy your beautiful new mini!

Dennis is the man. Great Guy with knowledge and prices and support. Does what he says. Not really a car salesman sort of guy or the stereotype version we know of.

The sales team (we dealt with Sarah) made the purchase experience courteous, relaxing and enjoyable. Great product knowledge and explanation. There was no pressure or awkwardness, just a genuine respectful approach throughout.
