Great breakfast spot! The food was really good, service was quick and efficient and I really don't have anything to say other than that I'd be back if we lived locally.

I ordered the breakfast burrito and my wife ordered the big breakfast which I had to help her finish.

Everything was great, but the only constructive criticism I'd offer is the pancakes were extremely dry and it seemed as though there was an ingredient missing. Everything else was so good I'm going to completely overlook that, but if someone only ordered the pancakes, they might be disappointed.

We chose this cafe for breakfast based on the reviews. It didn’t disappoint!

Got the big breakfast. Was a bit disappointed with the quantity but the taste was amazing. The cafe is tucked away in an alley and customer service was good.

Awesome food. Loved my pulled pork benedict and coffee. I also tasted the Chai flavoured porridge, which is really good, too. One of the must try cafes in Mount Gambier.

I had a ramen and it was absolutely tremendous! My son had the pancakes and they were fluffy, sweet and very delicious too. Service was awesome, coffee was awesome and everything about the place was comfy and accommodating.

Went here for a quick breakfast on Christmas eves. They have a wide choice of on the go breakfast with coffee comba, and they also have ala carte menu. Good serve coffee and sandwich. Loved the avocado and chicken toast!!

Magnificent breakfast. Bacon and hollandaise sauce were to die for. You could tell by the taste that all the ingredients were locally sourced! Very friendly and welcoming staff and fast and efficient service. Coffee outstanding too.

Just delicious. Great food paired, cooked and served really well. So many tasty options on the menu it was hard to choose. Many Vegan, Vego, Dairy & Gluten free options clearly marked. Lovely coffee to top it off. Friendly & attentive staff, good inside & outside table options. Highly recommended.

This was my first stop when I arrived in town after so many people had recommended Melzar as the place for brunch. It lived up to its expectations! The Benedict with crispy pork was sensational and I totally cleaned the plate. Friendly service and great coffee

What a gem in mount gambier. We ordered chana masala, smokey chipotle chicken burger, corn jack stack and jamaican jerk chicken. Food was so yummy, well balanced flavour, fresh and cannot stop eating them. Service was good and friendly too.

Such a nice cafe. Every dish is very nutritiously balanced and tastes great!
The house stack, layered with spinach, mashed pumpkin, pulled pork and eggs on top. Very good start for a day ❤ strongly recommend!!

The only downside to this place is.. Get a bigger coffee mug, one is simply not enough seriously! Smooth, frothy and aromatic.
I am blown away with the daring-ness to put something different in the breakfast menu. And you guys nailed it spot on! Beautiful plating and very delectable! I did not regret coming here at all. Great staff members and the atmosphere fits perfectly with the meals you serve. Modern-rustic vibe. I am coming back!

Go the burrito- didn’t disappoint. Enjoyed my coffee too

No longer have a separate vegan menu as all options are noted on the regular menu. Had the pancakes with berries and vegan ice-cream. Also had the Earth Lovers Breakfast. THIS ONE. GET THIS ONE. it was so good. The grilled zucchini was my favourite. Good size, as I always feel meal sizes are way too big and I hate wasting food. Fresh juice was great too. Use happy happy soy boy milk.

Came here for Brunch with my partner on holiday:
Coffee - absolutely amazing. Coming from Melbourne theres tough competition, but the coffee here blew them all away. Everything was perfect. Even my partner who doesnt normally like the taste of hot coffee was sold.
The food - presentation was great, the taste was another level. As always fresh food is always better in South Australia, especially rural. But here was absolutely amazing!

Will definitely come again!

Great cafe, excellent breakfast and coffee.
Service was excellent and attention to detail.
Beef Brisket Eggs Benedict were exceptional and perfectly cooked runny poached eggs.
Coffee was so good I bought a bag of beans.
We were 6 people and all the eggs were cooked perfectly. Well done to the team and thank you. The only negative was a friend of the cafe felt the need to open the door and leave it open with freezing cold air and sit on the opposite end of the cafe and was upset when I closed the door and then grew a brain and realised if he wanted fresh air to sit outside and no inconvenience other customers who enjoyed the warm of being inside.

This friendly cafe served a delicious veggie lovers for my hub and I had the breakfast wrap to which I added scrambled egg. It was excellent. Coffee was great and pot of tea very good and hot. If we’re through this way again, we’ll be back. Melbournites, so used to good food 👌🏻ps Rosti was great 😊

Absolute sensational food and coffee, have travelled a fair few places and nothing has come close to how beautiful this breakfast was. Smooth delicious coffee and the food bursting with flavour!
