Pine Country Caravan Park | Mt Gambier

We absolutely loved our stay here! For our first time visiting Mt Gambier, the lovely people at Pine Country Caravan Park ensured that I had a reserved site next to my friends who had checked in days earlier. Super easy check in and access whenever we needed. Everything was spotless, the bathrooms and toilets were the cleanest I've ever been to... They even had music playing in them too - what a luxury and for a bargain! Next time we're visiting, we'll be back for sure.

Our last night at this park tonight - and it has been a delight. We're on an unpowered site, with plenty of room for an 18ft caravan (no neighbours whilst here - the staff do a good job of placing people away from each other). Big tick to the well maintained facilities and lovely grassed sites (the dog says thank you). Open spaces aplenty, including paddocks (and content looking cows) down two sides of the property. Nice and relaxing country vibes. Clearly a well managed park.

Beautiful grounds, clean and family friendly!
Pine Country isn't the largest park at the Mount but it would be our return visit.
All facilities well maintained, plenty for the kids to do and additional holiday visits from Wineries, Distillers and food vans while we were there.
The staff were very friendly and always available to help, even understanding our kid's frequent B choices in building their own nature play hut from fruit trees 🤦🏻‍♂
While we didn't bring a pet, it's perfectly setup for it.

Pine Country Caravan Park would have to be one of the tidiest, greenest, cleanest, kid friendly caravan parks we’ve been to. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, our kids made friends with the kids who live/own the park as well as others.
The off leash dog park was situated over the septic tanks (no smell of course) which meant nice grass in a huge area for the dogs to run around, benches under shade for humans. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place to stay, dog friendly with a very large off leash dog area fully fenced, fantastic amenities, very clean, well kept park, Big drive through site both powered and unpowered, adult only or family glamping areas and cabins which from the outside look well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff which always helps.

This is one of the best and cleanest camp park I've been to. Very close to everything and if you need your latte made in the morning, there's a coffee truck scheduled to come. Wonderful place.

We had our own caravan. Drive through sites✔, Very quiet compared to the other park located on the same road but on the roundabout. Great playground and bouncy pillow for kids.

We have just had a lovely 3 night stay over the weekend here on a ensuite site, this park was amazing could not fault a thing. Lovely large drive thru sites, clean amenities very well kept grounds and very friendly staff. Can highly recommended this park expecially if travelling with pets, nice leash free area for a run.

Great location to visit the sink holes and caves in the area. Family friendly Caravan park and they even came to give us lolly bags for the kids on Christmas Day. Facilities were always clean. Would be very happy to stay there again.

I booked an impromptu night in one of the Glamping tents in November and was impressed and comfortable enough that I requested to stay an additional night.

Being more used to Caravans and swags, I wasn't sure what to expect but the bed was comfortable, the private bathroom was new and clean and the tent was decked out with everything I needed to have a nice few nights away despite the average weather. The Glamping area (and the park in general) was also quiet and tidy and somewhere that was relaxing spending time in.

Overall, my Glamping experience at Pine Country was more enjoyable than the hotel room and the caravan park cabin I stayed in at other locations during the same trip for a similar price - I'd definitely go back and also recommend the park to friends and family.

Staff were always friendly and helpful, even when our (quite large) group managed to overload the circuits in the camp kitchen at 8pm due to our overly ambitious cooking. Thank you very much for the stay.

We absolutely loved our 5 nights camping at Pine Country Caravan Park. The facilities are some of the best we experienced in our three month trip; a generous camp kitchen (including air fryer!), bouncing pillow and playground and the best shower pressure! The park was neat and spacious and we loved being able to hire a fire pit (with wood, kindling and newspaper) to keep warm at night. Thanks for the great stay!

By far the nicest and cleanest caravan park we experienced on our trip from Cairns to Adelaide. Modern, clean, beautiful, perfect! Wish all parks were this good! ☺

Stayed 1 night, loved the location (just outside of town). Good sized sites, clean grounds and amenities. Loved the offering of a fire pit and wine package. Would definitely return.

First caravan park we’ve stayed at in SA as we often travel Victoria. It did not disappoint. Clean facilities, well maintained park and friendly staff.

We stayed here for one night on a whim while passing through to beachport, lovely park and such clean amenities. Definitely wish we had of stayed longer, one of the best places we’ve stayed in and very reasonably priced!
