I already knew the good quality of the furniture as I ordered once different colors study table years ago, but I was very impressed with the speed at which it arrived, I placed order late night and I got the delivery just next day in the morning. These guys have been an absolute pleasure to do business with. I purchased 2 of the luxury race car beds for my boys and one of the beds had a cracked side I immediately contacted them when I discovered it and explained the situation, on request I provided them with photos and videos of the damage to the side. They immediately went to work on rectifying the situation by arranging a replacement side. I later discovered this same bed had an issue with its Bluetooth so I again contacted them and without hesitation they got to work on rectifying the issue. I have 2 very happy little boys who are now sleeping in their own beds in their own rooms every night and are out of my bed. Thank you Hurry Guru AU you have helped me achieve peaceful and refreshing nights sleep which in turn has helped save my sanity!

Our son absolutely loves his bed. The owner was super helpful.
We bought this bed from another shop but they told us it was a double bed. We ordered a double mattress and it was too big. These bed are in-fact a semi double with is an European size. The store I bought the bed frame from refused to help us find a mattress for this bed and refused to take the bed back as well. After searching for days I found “HURRY GURU AU” and saw the sell the semi double mattress with their car beds.
I messaged the phone number that was on the website and asked them if they could sell me a mattress only. I got a reply saying they would be more than happy to order one for me and the wait would be about 2 months. I was so pleased with how they handled my order.
Even though I didn’t but the bed frame from them, they were more than willing to help me out. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Please if you are thinking of buying a car bed, go with this business as they have the right size mattress to go with the bed.

Best in the business.Owners are down to earth and friendly.We called them on Saturday just after they closed but they still replied to our call and walked us through the process and within one hour we had the car bed in our house and our kid is loving it .Highly recommended.Thank you guys and looking forward to buy another one for the little one too!!!

I would 100% recommend Hurry Guru for anyone wanting a car bed for their kid. The customer service was excellent and they took extra care to ensure the car bed I purchased arrived before Christmas. I live in regional Victoria and the bed was delivered in two weeks. The car bed itself looks awesome and is well-made and assembly wasn't difficult. My little one adores his new car bed and putting him to bed has become so much easier!

I had bad luck with the bed I bought from this company, purely to do with delivery. The delivery company misplaced a box for 3 weeks, and finally found it. Unfortunately parts inside got damaged during this time.

The business owner of hurry guru kept in contact with me the whole time. He went above and beyond to replace the parts and got them shipped to me express, his customer service was on point.

Honestly it's rare to find someone so committed to the customer when internet shopping.

THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE NEXT LEVEL. I purchased an ergonomic chair some months ago and due to a change in situation and moving I didn’t unpack it until last week. When I put the chair together I couldn’t get it to move up and down. I contacted Hurry Guru and was responded to almost immediately. Baskar attempted, very patiently, to guide me to using the chair. I couldn’t. No problem at all, I was sent a new chair the next day!

A friend called over just as I was about to unbox the new chair. With a little fiddling and coaxing, he had the original chair doing everything it was promised to do.

Feeling absolutely embarrassed after all the effort he had gone to, I contacted Baskar to let him know that my original chair was in fact fine and that I no longer needed the new chair. With no hesitation at all he told me that was absolutely fine and he would organise a courier to collect the chair from me. All he asked of me was to print the packing label and stick it to the box.

This is customer service like I have never known. I cannot recommend Baskar and his company highly enough.

I bought a car bed for my child. It developed a problem but in the end, with help from the vendor, the problem was fixed and spare part sent to us. Thank you guys for all your help and follow up.
