JB Hi-Fi Chatswood Chase

We are staying in a local hotel in Chatswood for a month and visited JB Hi-Fi to see if we could “mirror” a iPad to the hotel room TV. A very helpful member of staff recommended a Chrome cast device to access existing cable channels. I set it up after 5 mins and are so glad we spoke to JB’s staff

A great store with outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend other people to going to this store for electronics. They have a wide range and the customer service is great. When they told me they were out of an item they told me other places to get it which were very helpful. They were also really nice. Thank you for the great experience!

After many bad experiences and money wasted on screen protectors I visited JB Hi Fi Charlestown to purchase yet another one. Andrew offered assistance promtly, his customer service was impeccable and he has an eye for perfection. Very satisfied

Very friendly, not that crowded, compared to the JB hifi at Westfield in Chatswood.

Customer service is good, all staffs and personnel are very kind and nice.

Size is quite smaller than chatswood Westfield but I prefer here more.

Francine is great. She is very friendly and patient and helped me compare different options on mobile phones so I could find the most suitable one for myself. She represented the company well and I feel welcomed to shop there.

Very nice vibe. Huge range of great products. I bought an external DVD/CD drive. I am 100% happy with it. The guy who helped me was extremely kind, cheerful, helpful and clever...someone you felt you could trust. He had very fuzzy hair but I didn't get his name. I highly recommend this store.

The store assistant Alice was very nice and knowledgeable and she told us heaps of relevant info, sadly while serving us she was mandatory called over to serve someone else, so I give 5 stars to her and zero to her manager.

A great store to get any electronic related items. I came there for one specific thing and I got it!!! I was super delighted to find it as the other JB hi-fi didn't have it. The staff were also helpful and kind.

CD's, Nokia's newest smartphones (i.e. X30), anime blu-rays, nice shopping experience without trying to 'cheapify' the business via cheaper rental in small shops, or trying to move all online. Audio/visual display units so you can see all the PC screens, TV's and a few smartphones. I could play with the newest Samsung so I'm glad they have the demo units for us customers. Also checked an MSI laptop demo unit with a bad screen (latency) so JB Hi-Fi helped me stay away from MSI now too. The Samsung Fold stuff isn't that great don't be fooled with online-only-shopping. Go to JB Hi-Fi and check the phones, TV's, laptops and gaming monitors yourself! And then browse the thousands of CD's! So have to give 5 stars right? Like nothing wrong!

Just migrated to Sydney and in need of electrical appliances for my apartment. Bought a fridge from JB Hi-Fi Chatswood Chase store and unfortunately, it came with a slight dent on the exterior surface. Called the store and spoke with the manager, Alexis regarding this matter and as quickly as they could, she and her team solved the problem and even gifted with some in store credit for the inconvenience.

Therefore, I definitely recommend JB Hi-Fi, especially in Chatswood Chase store to get all your electrical appliances (and many more other stuff) in very reasonable price and extremely helpful, friendly and quick customer service support. You definitely won't regret it.

Needed assistance with finding an album I could not find anywhere else. I was assisted by David who was very quick and whom I had a wonderful conversation with. Being a retired flight attendant, David should be one too seeing how attractive he is and his beautiful smile. Staff at the counter were very quite lovely as well. The best JB Hi-Fi I've ever been to.

Visited the store to return faulty Beats headphones. I had no receipt and didn't even remember when I bought them. It took Chris & Anton over 30 minutes to get the details and they arranged a replacement for me. Outstanding customer service Highly recommend

Went in with a phone charging issue and was helped by an awesome guy, Ed. He went above and beyond anyone else in any JB hifi store. He is what customer service should be. Will be going back there for future purchases.

Had a wonderful experience with Owen at Jb hifi chatswood chase today. I have been to multiple jb’s and mostly they are quite impatient and always in a rush. Owen was wonderfully helpful and patient considering that he didn’t have any personal benefit from the transaction as it was just replacing a faulty product under warranty.

Love this one. They are quieter than the JB next door (I know this sounds like a bad thing) but it's nice to be able to shop without competing for a staff members attention or some space in the shop. The staff are as friendly as you'd expect at all the JBs. Nice and clean too.

Super helpful staff and efficient service. Nick in particular was excellent with price matching and helping us out with warranty information.
