McDonald's Moorebank

Well Moorebank McDonalds is quite possibly the best McDonald’s in the entire country. I have not had a cheeseburger this good for over 15 years! Absolutely perfect. Hats off to the chefs!

McDonald’s is nothing but a disappointment in 2024 and I’m so glad Moorebank isn’t.

I came in last Monday through drive through to be greeted by a lovely girl with blue hair i believe she said her name was rain. fast service and the food was good. I got a double quarter pounder good for a maccas burger

This morning I had finished work after a long night of shift work and felt like a cheecky maccas run. Pulled up at Moorebanks branch. Swung in to the drive through and put my order through. The attendant put in the order hastily at the first speaker. Pulled up the window to pay and had card troubles. Declined. Managed to pay it off. Now that was sorted pulled up to eat and the fries were stale. Understood there on the breakfast menu now so the fries are gonna be micky mouse. Took it back through the drive thru and they swapped it out with the freshest piping hot fries thatll cross your eyes. Shout out to Marylin and the gang for putting up with me.

The service rating. . If I could put a 6⃣ ⭐ instead of 5⃣⭐ I sincerely would!

& I think it's genius that Moorebank staff recruited the young fella from Hungry Jacks Milperra 🫣🫡🫡 i salute you maccas staff.

I've been to hundreds of locations in my life & that young man I can assure you is the Pioneer of making people's day in a drive-thru.

Very big. Plenty car parking space. Newly renovated. They got free refills of soft drinks.

Order perfection. Surprised me, food hot and fast delivery. Did not forget anything.

Quick and easy. Used the kiosk and chips were the freshest chips I've had at Maccas. I do wish their chocolate ice cream was working.

A few weeks ago I wouldve rated 0 stars from my experience, food, service etc. Well today I went in & the nicest employee Jayden greeted me, he then asked if I would like a high chair for my baby and was so helpful with me collecting my order. I have never met someone so nice at any McDonald's store which was also clean this time. He deserves recognition 👏🏽

Not sure why...but this Maccas always tastes better than other MacDonalds. No soggy chips, no burgers that are missed stacked. Chips are perfectly salted, it just reminds me how MacDonalds done correctly can actually taste good. Maybe I'm just lucky as my visit here is sporadic.

For some reason, everything tastes better at this maccas! I'm sure it has to do with the management and staff. But I'm serious when I say that I've tried almost all locations, and I would prefer to skip them all to come to this one

The desserts were presented really really well! We asked for extra caramel on one of the Sundaes and one of the workers named Myah made me the best Caramel Sundae I've had to date.

Hats off to management there. You can tell the staff look happier and they take their work more serious than any other Mecca's we've been too.

Sunday AM / Afternoon Crew.. wow you guys did so well. We ordered 2 dinner boxes with 4 Big Mac Sauces and the fact that they didn’t even put us in waiting bay spoke of their dedication and hard work. Had to do another review because it’s just that good. Service and food impeccable!

Standard McDonalds food experience, which is good. Anything different would be bad. I dont know why McDonald's dont give you a receipt for your purchase as a standard practice though, something to consider.

Not bad for a Mcdonalds inbetween two major cities. Service is quick there and coffees are on standard with other restaurants. This mcdonalds was clean and I was happy with the friendly daystaff.... one of the women behind the counter was in her late 40s who gave great old fashioned service. Thank you for being nice!!!!!
