I took my order today around 11:15 to 11:30am . The young girl serve me very well. She has done excellent customer service. Thanks these types the staff members.

I've been very grateful that halal food is approved with the certification. We come to this mac donalds always and enjoy.
Last friday I went in with my kids and their devices and tried to use the self serve option using the barcode. I had issues and a very friendly worker 'Omar' offered to help after he saw me struggling for a while.
Very Friendly staff, hygienic, new playground my kids and I enjoyed and plus halal food.

I have been coming to this place for it's halal options for years since the 90s, this is the first time I was provided
great customer service from your crew member khadija, from the time she interacted with me, to helping me with problem with my app all with a smile and nothing was too much for her, you could see she enjoys interacting with customers. I believe the other crew members could learn from her how to provide good customer service.

Alexandar is by far the most professional customer service representative I have ever dealt with in mc Donald’s, he Will be moving to cartwright mc Donald’s. Definitely recommend going through drive thru and being served by him. He was great!

The play area was a fun place. My kids enjoyed there. It has a clean and tidy washroom unlike the typical McDonald's restaurant. Outdoor sitting arrangements is ideal for large group to get together and hangout. Staffs are fast and mostly nice and friendly teenagers. Fast service and quick response to address anything. And serving halal food.

Good service, The girl Maddie taking my order was lovely and my code from the app would not load so she used her own so I could have it. Fast service, would definitely go back!

What a refreshing meal! Even pan fried, not too oily. Potato chips were just as good as my beef schnitzel. Staff is quick and friendly, place clean and quiet. Didn't notice a tip jar though...

The 10 piece original chicken was amazing! I particuarly enjoyed the popcorn chicken. My experience here at Mcdonalds was surreal my life has changed, i feel like im stronger and a changed man. Thank you for the food.

One of the cleaner well-kept Maccas with friendly staff. The quality of their food has been consistently good (compared to some other branches where the taste of the patty varies for example). As a Muslim, I love the fact that it's Halal and location-wise it's very accessible by public transport (there's a bus stop barely a minute's walk away).

Ordered big Mac and Double cheeseburger they mixed up order and gave me cheeseburger instead of double. I ate the cheeseburger and when I was leaving I mentioned that the order was wrong I got a replacement double free of charge. I was very happy.

I just love today's mornings staff. The drive through lady with beautiful long hair was awesome and friendly and so was the gorgeous tanned lady who handed me my food. Keep it up Liverpool !

Bloke serving was great to deal with and friendly. And the food was fresh and tasty

Easy to order, staff polite, tables and chairs need to be cleaned more often as dirty and sticky, ended up cleaning table and chairs with hand sanitizer and wet wipes that I had in my bag.

Westfield liverpool the staff are really nice I nickname 1 lady bubbles. She is all ways happy the staff are amazing thay should get workers awards every day I go there to get my meal thay make you feel good all the staff have the right job
