I have purchased 6 times from Campsmart over the past 6 months and as recent as 2 days.
The service from these guys is fantastic. They state fast delivery, and it is.
My recent purchase was for modular caravan tanks, 5 in all.
There are several suppliers ranging in price, Campsmart were second lowest price.
I opted to pay their price based on my experience with deliveries.
2 days later they were delivered by Aust Post, great service again.
Highly recommend them for their service and honest pricing.

We ordered a privacy screen on Wednesday afternoon & received the product Friday morning.

I ordered some parts for my awning at around 10am on Wednesday and they were ready for pick up at my local post office in rural Victoria at 9.40am on the Thursday. Not even 24 hours. Amazing service and the price for the parts was way below what I would have needed to pay at any local caravan accessory retailer. In the words of Arnie.."I will be back". I couldn't be happier with the service and product.

Great online shopping experience and really friendly staff. Website is easy to navigate and way to easy to spend money on! I was able to save a bit by picking up direct from them in Gladesville. Will be back!

If you want polite quick service and help with any issues, Campsmart is the only place to to contact. The service Renay provided was second to none, always helpful, friendly and wiling to help. This is the second time I have had the need to purchase all my shade screens & floor matting from them (New caravan). When Campsmart claim "Fast Delivery", you can believe it from my experience. I ordered an item early morning for delivery to Melbourne and it arrived next day. At the same time I ordered another item from a very large online supplier and more than a week has passed. Still not here.

Purchased anti flap bars for rollout awning, ordered on Sunday and delivered on Tuesday. Really good quality and the roll up storage bag is excellent as well.

The team at Campsmart are lovely to deal with. Really great customer service and super fast delivery! Will def be back again for a few more things. :)

Fabulous Aussie company to deal with. They answer the phone or call you back promptly. No problem with warranty replacement.

I placed my order and as it dissapeared into the interwebby place, I noticed I had put in a wrong number for po box. I sent an email, with a "please fix with the right number", and got an email almost straight away from Melissa with screen shot, saying all done. Very impressed and pleasently surprised. Awesome ✴✴✴✴✴ customer service.

Have purchased a few items since 2018 always been happy with the quality and competitive pricing always better than other o line stores.
